Hoseok groans in annoyance.

"Your Majesty, you requested my presence," the demon mutters as he scurries into the room and bows.

"Did you get what I asked you to retrieve from Earth?" he asks and he nods before reaching into his pocket and pulling out a brand new iPod.

"I asked the employee to download the songs you requested because I didn't know how to work it," he explains as he hands the iPod over to him.

Hoseok grins widely. "And the Bluetooth speaker?"

"Here," he smiles as he pulls the speaker from behind his back and hands it to him. "Anything else?"

"Nope! Go take a rest," Hoseok grins brightly as he bows again and takes his leave.

He jogs over to the small table in the corner of his newly built dance studio and sets the speaker down, plugging the iPod in and putting the newly downloaded playlist on "shuffle" before backing up to stand in the center of the room, his eyes locked on his reflection in the floor-to-ceiling mirror on the wall in front of him.

The music begins, filling every corner of the room with its melody as he lets his body flow with the music, becoming one with the beat.

His muscles ripple and tense as he dances, letting his mind fall into utter bliss as he lets the music tell his body what to do.

He finally found something he is truly good at.

Something other people can be jealous of.

Once the song ends, he hears slow clapping echoing around the room and when he turns his head, he sees Lucy smiling proudly, reaching over to pause the playlist.

"Hobi, that was incredible," she praises.

He smiles at the nickname. She knows he doesn't like being called by the name of his sin.

He huffs as he wipes the sweat from his forehead on his shirt. "Really? I-I know I should be working harder on collecting souls but I just-"

"Shhh," she walks up to him and places a finger over his mouth. "There's no need to focus on that 24/7. You're doing a great job. I want you to spend your free time doing what makes you happy. Remember that smile of yours is what makes the world go 'round."

Hoseok blushes as his face breaks out into a bright grin and she moves her finger away from his lips before placing a kiss to his cheek.

He snorts in laughter. "You know you smell like sex, right?"

Lucy gasps and smells her dress. "I knew I shouldn't have sat on that damn bed!"

"Someone had fun earlier," he laughs, wiggling his eyebrows at her.

"I was visiting Namjoon before I came here," she huffs out.

He raises his eyebrow. "You and Namjoon, huh?"

Lucy playfully smacks his arm. "Of course not! Don't be a pervert. You've been hanging around Namjoon, haven't you?"

He chuckles and nods.

She gasps dramatically. "He has corrupted my sunshine boy!"

Hoseok laughs and pulls her into a tight hug, ignoring that they both stink.

"How are you, Lucy?" he asks, leaning his head on top of hers as she wraps her arms around his torso.

"Well, my Princes are exceeding my expectations and I couldn't be happier."

"No, Lucy. I'm not asking you about your job as the Devil. I'm asking about you as my friend. How are you?"

She giggles and he plants a chaste kiss to the top of her head.

"I'm nervous."

"Oh?" he asks, holding her by her shoulders and pulling away so he can watch her gaze.

"I just... what if he doesn't have feelings for me?" she asks softly, biting her lip.

"You are way too adorable to be the Devil, Lucy," he grins.

She sighs. "I swear I'm terrifying. You boys are my soft spot and make me all mushy."

"Not complaining. I'm not a fan of scary Lucy," he shudders.

"I've said sorry a million times!" she exclaims.

"And I've forgiven you a million times. That doesn't mean that I've forgotten."

Lucy rolls her eyes before walking over to the iPod and scrolling through the list to find a slow song.

As its melancholy tune bleeds into the air, Lucy holds out her hand.

"Dance with me?"

He nods as he takes her hand in his and holds her close, swaying side to side as she rests her arms around his neck and he places his hands on her waist.

"He does love you, you know," he says quietly.

"I hate the way I'm feeling. I'm supposed to be evil, but look at me. One mention of that damn man and I blush like an idiot..." she sighs.

"Because you're an idiot in love," he says and she frowns.

"Isn't it way too soon to fall in love? I've never felt like this before. I don't know how this works," she groans in annoyance.

"Lucy..."

"Hmm?"

"You do realize that you've known us for hundreds of years, right?"

"Well, yeah but-"

"And even though we couldn't hear you, you could hear our thoughts, right?"

"Yes, but-"

"So you've had his thoughts and feelings in your mind for the past century."

"Yes-"

"And from what he's told me, he could hear you in his head for quite a long time. Something like 40 years?"

"Y-"

"How in the world is it too soon for you to love him then?"

She purses her lips, waiting to see if he's finally done talking. He nods, signaling her to speak.

"I need to go see limp dick. I need to get my mind off of this confusing mess," she sighs as she gives him another quick hug.

"Did you hear what Jimin did to him?"

He laughs. "Yes, I heard. But he deserves it after what he did to you the day you got your soul back."

She nods before grinning evilly.

"Bye, Hobi." And then she disappears.

He sighs happily as the next song comes on, and he immediately throws himself into his newfound passion of dance.
