We both got into a fighting position, ready for anything. When the circle around us started to shrink, I immediately called in multi shadow clone jutsu. There were 7 guys around us, so I called in 7 clones, just to be safe.
The enemies looked pretty weak, but I didn't want to underestimate them. When they lunged at us, separating us, I had no choice but to focus on the ninja in front of me.
A couple kunai knives were thrown at me as I dodged them all. I heard Sasuke fight them off behind me as a guy tried punching me. I bent down, dodging again. I called on two of my clones as we all rushed the man in front of me. I kicked him in the air before jumping up and kicking him back down; my Naruto Uzumaki barrage. The guy was out cold, but I didn't get the chance to celebrate. Two different guys were already on me.
I vaguely realized there were now more than fight guys on us. Five of my clones had been taken out, leaving only the two of us and two clones fighting off six enemies.
I had to hurry, so I punched the two in front of me straight in the face, sending them off. I saw Sasuke knock out two guys on my right. I turned around and focused back on the two guys that we getting back at me. I was so focused that I didn't notice we were losing the battle.
I heard Sasuke screaming, and I turned around to see him on the ground, having difficulty getting back up. I tried to go help him, but another set of kunai knives got thrown at me. I dodged again, but I didn't notice the paper bombs wrapped around some of them. When I did see them, it was too late.
The air around me slowly swirled around as everything got by slowly in my head. The smoke slowly escaping the paper as I was thrown in the air. I felt myself land, only after that did the noise of the explosion reached my ears. Another paper bomb was set off as I went flying one more time in the air. My landing was even harsher the second time.
Everything around me became blurry as I turned around to lay on my stomach. I tried looking around for Sasuke. He was only a few feet away from me. He was still on the ground trying to get up.
My ears were ringing as I crawled slowly all the way to where he was. I was able to reach his hand and felt him grasping it before I passed out without even being able to use the chakra of Kurama.
Another short one, fuck my life. I swear I'm trying my best to make them longer!
