Chapter 1

Welcome to my first Inuyasha fanfic! Above is the picture of Sakura, just with blue eyes. And her voice actress is Laura Bailey. I'm thinking she sounds more like Kushina and the same Japanese actress as her.

Also, I haven't even finished watching the anime or movies for the first time, but I just could not stop thinking about Sakura's Inuyasha story!

Sakura's P. O. V:

I gallop my black mare, Miyu, through the woods one morning as I return to my castle. I'm Princess Sakura Shinguji and I've been training to be a priestess my whole life by my mother.

Her family have been a long line of priestesses and they're very powerful.

I jump Miyu easily over a large log and continue to home.

However, five figures jump out of the bushes, startling Miyu. She rears, whinnying, before landing.

"Who are you?" I demand.

The one in front chuckles. "Princess Sakura Shinguji! We've been waiting for you."

"Why? What do you want?"

"We're here to take you to the Black Market," He says. Weariness tugs at my heart.

"Th... The B-Black Market?" I stammer.

"Yeah! You're from a family of powerful priestesses, so you'll fetch a high price!" Says another bandit.

I frown. "You won't take me so easily."

"Oh, we will! Get her, men!" The leader calls, pointing at me.

I move my fingers towards my katanas strapped to my sides. But before I could draw them, there's a blur of white and red and the second bandit who spoke was cut down in the blink of an eye.

I stare at the figure before me.

Where'd he come from?

"Who are you?" One of the bandits demands.

"That doesn't concern you. But you're in the way," He says.

I kick Miyu forward and unsheathe my sword when one of the bandits goes to attack the white haired demon. I bring down my sword, saying, "Benizakura Flash!" I bring down my sword and cut down the enemy where he stands, surprising the demon a little.

I gaze down at the demon and take in his beauty.

He has long white hair that basically touches the floor, golden eyes, a lilac crescent moon on his forehead and two magenta lines on either cheek.

His armor includes a spiked pauldron that covers his left shoulder attached by red ropes to the upper section of his black cuirass with "lotus petal" faulds that possess light gray trim. Both his armor and his long yellow flowing sash with violet details have a decided Chinese influence, as opposed to the customary Japanese armor and obi. His clothing consists on a white kimono with a red and white cherry blossom flower crest at the collar and sleeves, showing that he is of royal birth, a white hadagi undershirt, and a white sashinuki hakama which are gather at the ankles, producing a "ballooning" effect. His footwear consists of black ankle-high boots, also reminiscent of Chinese influence. On his right shoulder was his mokomoko-sama, the fur and tail of his true form which he retained in his humanoid form. His fingers are also tipped in claws.
