Karan hisses, "The mutt! He broke our master's barrier!"
Toran says lowly, "How dare he!"
"Sesshomaru-sama, Shinobu, Sakura-sama! Sesshomaru-sama, Shinobu, Sakura-sama!" Jaken cries as he races over to us. He stops before us, catching his breath. "I have searched everywhere for you!" Jaken turns towards Inuyasha. "Inuyasha has surprised me. When did he become so powerful and learn to wield the Tetsusaiga like that?"
I gaze at Sesshomaru who is staring after Inuyasha while Inuyasha rushes over to Kagome.
"Inuyasha!" The black haired girl breathes in relief.
"Kagome. Are you alright?" Asks Inuyasha, sword point hitting the ground.
"Uh huh!" She nods her head. Kagome smiles. "I just knew that you would come for us!"
Just then, an arm is slung over her shoulders as Koga suddenly appears beside her and pulls Kagome to his chest. Gripping Kagome's other hand, Koga remains oblivious to an infuriated Inuyasha as he tells the Higurashi, "No need to worry anymore, Kagome."

"Hands off her, Koga!"
I couldn't stop death glaring at the wolf demon, prompting him to flinch slightly as he mutters, "Why do I feel like someone is trying to burn a hole in my head?" He swivels his head around only to flinch back at my dark glare, an evil scarlet aura swirling around me. "Wh-What's her problem?!"
Kagome and Inuyasha follow his gaze. The half demon explains, "Oh, that's Sakura, a Princess trained as a priestess."
"We told her about you and she claims you killed her daughter, who she adopted awhile back," Kagome adds. "I guess she still holds a grudge against you for that."
Koga tries to say, "Her... daughter? It must've been some of my pack, not me."
Inuyasha scoffs, "Yeah, well try telling her that, since you're the one who gave the order."
Before the conversation could continue, the Panther leader moves, bringing his paw down towards them. My glare subsides as Koga leaps away with Kagome in his arms and Inuyasha is crushed beneath the giant paw.
Landing by his wolves, Koga sets Kagome down. Kagome calls worriedly, "Inuyasha!"
Koga reassures her, "Rest assured, Kagome. It's gonna be easy to get you out of here."
She startles them as Kagome snaps, "I'm not leaving the others behind!"
With a groan of effort, Inuyasha manages to lift the Panther leader's massive paw, with the aid of Tetsusaiga. Then, with a slice, he cuts through the paw. The Panther Demon roars in pain.
