Thalia POV:

The idiocy that Kelp Head can manage is incredible. But at the same time he manages to be the most caring person on earth.

We had finished our training and went to our lockers when we saw the weapons, at first something in my heart clicked, but then I saw the note.

I looked at Zoe and Artemis and they both nodded.

Artemis POV:

I called the Hunt, I had a theory to prove. Since I was now a Primordial, it meant that my blessing was also a Primordial blessing. So the Hunt should be able to move freely throughout the world.

We knew where Percy was, not because he wasn't stealthy, he was, but because we, as his lovers, had a connection to him.

We could feel the general area of where our lover was, and the Hunt's skills would do the rest. For now the only things we knew were that he was on a mission on behalf of Lady Chaos, and that he was in Ethiopia.

But we all suspected that it had something to do with Tartarus, it was quite obvious.

Zoe had passed me the knowledge needed to fly, that's right I got wings to, they were beautiful moon silver wings.

As soon as we finished preparations and packing camp, I called all the hunters and we held hands.

I flashed us to Ethiopia, and started the hunt for a sneaky Archangel.

Percy POV:

I inched closer to the entrance to Tartarus, if someone was here they had to be powerful, and the only escape route was the Pit.

I looked at the demigods and made a mental promise to free them, how could Tartarus be so horrifying.

That's when the nearest monsters started falling, turning to dust, leaving only silver arrows where they stood.

The Hunt...

I thought I told them to not follow me! Nobody ever listens to me.

I turned my invisibility off but activated my armour, just in case. I tapped my ring and the sword came out. I started shredding through all of the remaining monsters, before finding myself face to face with the Hunters.

"I thought I told you to not follow me!" I said, my voice sounded demonic because of the voice modulator in my helmet.

"Percy?.." Zoe asked.

"Yes." I retracted my helmet.

"No way we were letting you go down there on your own Kelp Head." Thalia said.

"And there is no way that you are going down there, you don't deserve to see the atrocities of Tartarus." I countered.

"Also, since you're here and I can't do anything about it, I need some of you to stay here." I ordered.

"Why?" Artemis asked.

I pointed at the chained demigods.

"Oh gods! Why..." the entire Hunt looked shocked.

"It seems that Tartarus is using the demigods to keep this entrance.., exit actually, open. I think he's doing it to save his own power for something else." I paused, "I need a group here to free the demigods once we get through." I explained.

"But how will you get out?" Tracy asked

"There's another entrance remember, I have wings I can fly out of the entrance through the underworld." I explained

"Percy.. What about the group here? How will they go back to the U.S.?"

"I guess either Artemis or Zoe could stay here." I said

"Wait.. can we talk, in private?" Thalia asked

"Sure." I manipulated one of the walls to close around Thalia and I, sound proofing it with magic.

"I was thinking that maybe I could stay here, and bring the Hunt back to the U.S." she said

"But how, you can't flash or fly."

"Not yet.." with that she pulled me by the collar of mu cloak and kissed me quite violently, she slammed her lips on mine, unleashing all of her pent up emotions. I think I saw a tear slip from her eye.

"Now I can, because I love you." I just smiled "And also, thank you for the weapon Kelp Head." she laughed.

I put the wall back in place just in time to see the Fates.

"All Hail Thalia Grace, lover of Perseus Achilles Jackson, daughter of Zeus and Primordial of the Daytime Sky." they announced in unison.

I looked at Thalia and smirked, "I told you!" she playfully punched my arm, and I feigned hurt.

"I'm sorry Bianca, I know we were supposed to drop you off at Camp half blood." I said, suddenly remembering that Hades had asked for her to be spared from the whole Tartarus affair. With Order and Chaos I had completely forgotten about it.

"No need to worry Perseus, we are going to bring her to Camp and you can join her after you've delt with Tartarus." the Fates said.

"Thank you, Ladies." They nodded and Bianca smiled at me before flashing out of here.

"Right, now Bianca is safe. Let's go over my plan one more time. Me Zoe and Artemis are going to go down to Tartarus, Thalia and the rest of the Hunt are going to stay here, when we enter the Pit you will free the demigods closing the entrance. Then you will flash them to Camp Half blood, and wait for us."

"That's a lot." Tracy said. I transferred the knowledge needed to Thalia with a kiss.

"Oh, so now you two are a thing too." The daughters of Aphrodite/Venus snickered.

"Yep, we are. Are you jealous?" They blushed.

I grabbed Zoe and Artemis by the hand, earning myself some weird looks by the hunters. Oh they didn't tell them yet. I sent a reassuring smile to Thalia, and turned to the two Primordials next to me.

"Are you ready?" They both nodded.

I activated my armour and unfolded my wings, they did the same. And we jumped into the active volcano, that was the newly created entrance to Tartarus.

The fall was painful, more painful than the first time. Probably because it wasn't a natural entrance, it felt as if my skin was peeling off.

As we reached the ground I glided with my wings. I couldn't help but notice how the fall was a lot shorter and less steep, making it easier to climb out.

I looked at my two companions and announced: "WELCOME TO HELL!"

I turned and what I saw was shocking. The geography had completely changed, Tartarus was now a massive plain holding the biggest monster army I had ever seen.

And on the Horizon you could see a massive Throne, with the one and only Primordial of the Pit sitting on it. The Throne was towering over a massive palace. How had he managed to change Tartarus so drastically?

What were Tartarus and Order planning?
