Artemis POV:

What had I done, I was a maiden goddess, sworn hater of men! And I had just kissed one in front of everyone. Gods, what is happening to me!?

These were the kind on thoughts that were passing through my head as I walked towards the Hunters Camp with Thalia. My head, both my aspects every fiber of my being was fighting against this, and yet my heart was contrasting my beliefs with little effort.

I reached the Hunters camp and turned to Thalia, who for some reason still looked incredibly flushed, I think something happened after I left the Throne Room.

We were about to reach my tent when a loud boom made all the hunters turn. I immediately readied my bow just like all the hunters and looked in the direction of the sound to find a crater with smoke coming from the center.

"Sorry milady, I wasn't paying attention to how hard I landed!" said the familiar voice of my eldest lieutenant as she stumbled through the smoke, still a bit dizzy from the landing.

There was only one problem, she had wings. Awesome, beautiful wings that looked like constellations, but wings nonetheless. And my lieutenant didn't have wings, right?

"Zoe, why did you just fall from the sky? And why do you have.. Wings?!" Thalia asked, beating me to it.

"Oh, yes. They are a side effect of becoming a Primo..." she stopped, realizing that the entire Hunt was there.

"What do you mean?" Tracy asked.

"You're a Primordial, HOW?" Phoebe was now confused as with all the other hunters.

"Well girls, she got the status of Primordial because...." I tried lying to them.

"Lady Artemis, I think it's time for us to tell them." Thalia and Zoe butted in, in unison.

Line Break:

As we finished explaining, all of the Hunters had their jaws unhinged from shock. Phoebe was the first to shake out of her predicament.

"Milady! I..I.. No! Your, Our Oaths! What about them, we swore off males because of what they did to us!"

"Yes Phoebe, but I think I've come to realize that not all males are the same. And that's crazy, because if I, a maiden goddess, the man hater can come to accept that, I sincerely hope you can do so to." I answered

"So what, he's enchanting you with Chaos' help. He just wants to have you at his mercy, like all males. He's using some weird love magic to make you fall in love with him!" she continued.

"NO!" Zoe was now trembling in anger "WILL EVERYBODY STOP SEEING HIM AS SOME KIND OF MONSTER!"

A 'thud' was heard but we were to distracted to notice.

"He's the only reason I'm fully happy, he loves me even after all of the mistakes I made. Without him I would have still been depressed about Riptide, look!" she took Riptide out, it had been modified, it now looked beautiful and had a symbol on the hilt to represent their union. "I can now hold it and not have flashbacks of the real MONSTER, he made it so it would hold only the best memories!" she swung it around to prove her point, she was now making the earth crack every time she landed on it.

"Zoe..." a familiar voice said. Zoe didn't notice she was to busy venting off her anger on the poor particles that came in the way of Riptide, every time she swung it she broke the sound barrier shaking the nearby terrain.

The hunters backed away, avoiding her.

"Zoe..!" Nothing "ZOE..." still Nothing "ZOE!!" she snapped.

She turned towards the voice and swung Riptide stopping half a millimeter from the figure's neck.
