-Hamish's POV-
"Hi dad!" Michael, Holly and Rachel shout in sync. I run over to them and get them all in a massive group hug. "I missed you 3!" I say giggling while they're all laughing at my excitement. "We missed you too daddy!" Holly says. "Have you got the keys to our house?" I ask Carol. She smiles and pulls the keys out of her pocket. "The furniture is already there.. I told the guys to leave it all out the back so we better hurry." She says. "Let's go then!" I say before heading to my car. Carol and the kids get in her car before heading off to Glenroy to finally see our new house.
-Carols POV-
We are 5 minutes out of Glenroy and the kids are driving me crazy with so many questions. "Are we there yet?" Holly says. Oh please don't continue saying it like in shrek. "Yeah, are we?" Michael says. "Shut up donkey!" Rachel says. I can't contain my laughter but I don't want her thinking that saying things like that is okay. "Rach that's a bit rude don't say that." I say. "Sorry mum." She says.

"Wow." Hamish and I say in unison. "This place is awesome!" Holly shouts. "kids we need to get our house set up so no running around being silly okay?" I explain. They all nod as we walk up to the front door. As I peer inside it looks way bigger and better than in the pictures. By my first glance it looks like the house has a classic creamy coloured theme. The walls are creamy white same goes with the carpet in the lounge room.
"Kids go choose your bedrooms upstairs." I say before they all gasp and run upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. Hamish and I decided on the one downstairs for more privacy.
"No I wanted this one first!"
"Uh uh I'm older so I get to choose before you!"
"Can we swap?"
"No way I shotgunned this one first!"
We heard the kids fighting upstairs. While Hamish went out the back to bring in some stuff I wandered upstairs to see the kids standing in the middle of the hallway yelling at each other. "What's all the yelling about?" I ask. "We are fighting over the bedrooms." Michael explains. "Okay. Rachel, Holly, Michael." I say pointing to each bedroom. Holly rolls her eyes then steps into hers. "Rach come with me to get your stuff." I say taking her hand.

"Beauu! It was my turn to ride it!" I heard yelling coming from little kids over the fence. I looked over the fence to see one boys who looked older sitting on a little push bike with two little boys who looked alike tackling each other on the grass. I decided not to worry about it and helped Hamish carry Michaels cupboard inside.

So now everything is inside so we just need to set it up. I decide to take a break and go to meet our neighbours. On the left side there's no car so I don't think anyone's home so I go over to the right taking Rachel with me.
I knocked on the door and heard little footsteps running to the door and was approached by one of the boys I saw earlier. "Mum, Jasmines here!" He yelled as he walked away from the door leaving the inside of his house exposed to Rachel and I. I then heard footsteps again but was approached by a woman who had dark brown hair and a thin figure. "Beau it's not Jasmine!" She called out to him. "Hi, can I help you?" She asked. "Oh hi I've just moved in next door and I thought I'd come over to introduce myself. I'm Carol and this is my daughter Rachel. My husband and 2 other kids are at home though." I explain. She smiles. "Come in and meet my family!" She says making way for Rachel and I to walk in. She leads us to the living room and sits in the couch patting a space for Rachel and I to sit. "Boys come down here!" She yells. About a minute later there are 3 three little boys running over to us. "This is Beau, Jai and Luke. And I'm Gina." She says pointing to each of them. I smile and wave at the boys. They smile back. "Boys this is our new neighbour Carol and one of her kids, Rachel." She introduces us. "Cool! Now we have friends to play with don't we mum!" The boys I believe was named Beau says. "Yes Beau but I think you will have to wait until they've sorted out their house first." She explains to him. She read my mind. "Yes well we better go and set up our house as we have only just brought everything inside.. It was nice meeting you all we might be able to catch up tomorrow?" I say. The boys smile and nod. "Of course we will be home all day tomorrow so pop around whenever!" Gina says. We say our goodbyes then head back over home.
