"You can go live with your father you dirty skank!" Mum shouted at me. "No mum, please! It was only a kiss! We didn't have sex or anything! I'm sure you kissed a boy before you turned 13!" I shouted back at her. She is drunk again and Gina told her the 'exciting' news that Luke and I kissed. She only knows because Luke told Jai and Jai told her. "Too bad! You either live with your father or stay in your room for the next 48 hours!" She sternly said. "I'll stay in my room for 48 hours then. But what if I have to pee or have a drink?" I asked. "You are only allowed in the bathroom and if you're thirsty you can drink from the tap!" She shouted as she pushed me down in my bedroom before slamming the door shut.
I have a head ache, my neck hurt, I feel sick, I'm hungry, I miss Luke. I walked over to my bed and sat on it and began to cry. I cried for all of my pain. I was crying loudly until I heard a knock on my window and I silenced.
I walked slowly over to my window and opened it before looking down and seeing Luke, on a ladder. "What're you doing?" I sobbed. "I came to cheer you up and by the way your mum just left." He said looking over at my driveway. "Come in." I said opening the window more and grabbing his arms to help him up. As soon as he was in my bedroom I jumped into his arms. It was only yesterday when I last saw him but I really, truly missed him.
"You can stay at mine if you want." Luke offered. "Are you sure? I mean, school holidays end tomorrow." I explained. "Yeah it's fine bring your uniform to mine." He said taking my hand. "Okay I'll get my stuff now." I said as I walked over to my bed grabbing my overnight bag from underneath it.
I will talk to mum next time she's sober.

"Let me see my daughter!" I heard mum shout from downstairs. I told Gina why I was staying here and she thinks it's best I don't see her while she's drunk. "Luke I think my mums here." I whisper to Luke as we lay on his bed. "Do you wanna go see her?" He whispers back. "Yeah. Cmon come with me." I say getting off of his bed and taking him downstairs by his hand.
"Mum? Why do you want to see me?" I ask her. "You are supposed to be in your bedroom!" She shouts at me. "Mum I don't want to be around you while you're drinking, it scares me. Please just let me stay at Ginas until you're sober.." I plead while she takes another drink from her can. "Fine. Come home from school tomorrow. Bye Rachel, cya Gina." She says as she walks back over to our house. "I'm so sorry Gina." I say bursting into tears and jumping into her arms. I then feel another body hold onto me as well as Gina which would have to be Luke, then 1 more, which I think is Jai. "It will be okay sweetie. Now I've gotta call Beau." She said leaving me inbetween the twins' arms. "Can we watch a movie?" I ask getting out of Jai and Lukes grip and looking into both of their eyes. "Yeah sure you can choose." Jai said smiling. I nodded then walked over to the dvd shelf and chose 'step brothers'. It was one of my favourites.
