Oops this took forever :)
——————-Izuku couldn't help but worry about his boyfriend.
That morning his fever seemed much worse after the night of vomiting, and, after re-taking it, he realized the fever was. It'd reached, what he hoped, was its peak, climbing to an awful 108 (42*c), which, to the best of his estimates, would be 103 (39*c) for most people.
Subconsciously offering gentle caresses and such, he briefly considered whether or not to alert Aizawa as to the situation, staring at the thermometer's little screen, glowing a bright red.
He figured best to tell, rather than get reprimanded later for being absent without explanation. (And, honestly, in part due to his nervousness of dealing with unpredictable temperatures.)
Grabbing his phone off the bedside table, he quickly opened up his teacher's text chain.

Hey Mr. Aizawa, I'm sure you've figured out by now that Shouto's sick, same bug that's been around. Anyway, we were up all night and he woke up with a fever of 108, keeping him hostage lol.
Any advice?108? Is that a typo?

With a little snort, he sent a picture of the thermometer screen as proof. Eagerly watching the little bubble of an oncoming text, while keeping up a cutesy conversation with his loopish boyfriend.

Christ.
Is that normal for him? Or is he gonna die?Sort of.
He says 96-103 is normal so I've just been working from 103Play it by ear I suppose. If you feel the need alert me.
Thanks.
I'll keep you postedK kiddo. Bye
– – –Tossing his phone on the bed, he grabbed a juice box from the nightstand and flumped back on the bed. Cradling Shouto's head in his lap, and swiftly pressing a kiss on his warm forehead.
"You shouldn't be kissing me. You might get sick too." Sho mumbled, toying absentmindedly with the loose string of a blanket.
"Babes, I don't care." Stroking cherry cheek and sneaking another kiss, Izuku turned on his computer, intending to put on some tv. "Do you wanna watch somethin'?"
"What was that one we were watching yesterday?"
"Scooby Doo?"
"Is that the mystery dog one?" Shouto peered up, looking just a sliver more spritely than before.
"Yeah, 's that the one?"
"Mhm,"
"I seriously can't believe you've never heard of it," pressing play on the show he pulled his sick boyfriend closer into a tight, cuddly hug as the show's theme song began.
They laid there for a while, snuggling peacefully as the morning softly passed.
By ten, it seemed the fever had subdued, even graciously allowing Shouto to keep down a small bowl of minute-rice. Finally having a calm stomach, the slight nutrition made way for a lower, less worrying, fever, that thankfully, was the perfect storm, letting him slip into a well-needed nap.
It was honestly adorable, at least in Izuku's opinion. Sho was curled up beside his boyfriend, heavy head using Izu's legs as a pillow, and snoring ever so slightly.
Kissing limp, linked hands, Izuku's free hand stroked through silky, tangled, hair, brushing through a few loose knots. A sliver of sun peeking through the drawn curtains, laying a gorgeous glow across sleeping eyelids.

FanfictionFor @Musicbear151806, thank you. Shouto Todoroki had never been "good" about being sick. To his knowledge, the only solution, from a sniffle to a fever, was tough it out. Which for his new boyfriend, Izuku Midoriya, could end up being quite the frus...
