Downstairs, Shouto had perched himself on the couch, happily munching on a breakfast of apples and honey, his boyfriend clicking through Netflix to find something to watch.

The commons were empty, save for a few dirty dishes and lost socks, the rest of their classmates had already left for school.

"How 'bout this?" Izuku asked, pointing the remote toward the TV and stealing an apple slice.

"I'm indifferent," he mumbled, tugging on the sleeve of his sweater, attempting to keep its blue fabric away from the bowl of honey.

Rolling his eyes playfully at his lover's annoyingly endearing undecided nature, he played the show, snatching another apple in the process.

That morning, they just took it slow, splayed out on the couch watching television, basking in the warmth of eachother and the delicate rays of sun.

Shouto was rather enjoying the movie, another one of those Disney ones, Mulan was it? Well, it was good no matter the title.

Their morning was just that, watching movies and relaxing on the couch, simply quiet comfort, in slow recovery.

Though he found it a bit too warm, Izuku endured the feverish boyfriend clinging to his side, though he had gladly realized that the temperature was down just a bit.

He made a little comment about it, but, Shouto remained unenthused, murmuring that his headache remained. To which, he stole another apple slice and kiddingly bapped his boyfriend's nose before popping it in his mouth.

Around lunch, Iida stopped by to pick up three forgotten lunchboxes before zipping back off but that was the only excitement of the day. Seriously, they just melted into the couch for the day and watched tv.

Their classmates return home later that afternoon, homework sessions began and so did dinner prep. Honestly, it just passed the two by, for Shouto though, his lengthy nap got in the way of noticing the day's passage.

Actually, by the time they sat down for dinner he felt almost completely fine. The warm udon broth definitely helped too.

That night he slept in peace... finally. For once, he was actually glad to get back to school tomorrow, back to the daily routine, back to the glorious monotony of the everyday.
