Watchful eyes

The early sun rays hit through the window and illuminated Jotaro's room in warm light. Today there was no school since there was going to be a school council meeting.

Y/N slowly opened her eyes and yawned. She slept particularly well last night. She felt warmth around her and snuggled more into it. She was expecting a mattress or a pillow but the surface was rather harder.

She was confused and sat up, well, she tried to, and looked beside her and her eyes widened in shock.

Beside her was a sleeping Jotaro

His face was relaxed and chest was rising and falling at an even pace. He had one arm around her shoulders and the other was holding her right wrist since her hand was resting on his chest. And they were covered in big blanket?

"Oh my God..." Y/n whispered in shock. Jotaro grumbled and tugged her back into him. "Hmp-" Y/n mumbled but her words were muffled by his chest. Her face burned with hot blush as she tried to stay calm.

'Should I... wake him up...?' Y/n thought. She relaxed again and turned her head to the side so she could properly breathe. The sunlight softly shone on her face, making her squint her eyes a bit.

"I could certainly get used to this..." joked Y/n as her blush calmed a little. She felt Jotaro's heartbeat quicken and her eyes widened. 'Shit- Did I wake him up!?' the e/c eyed girl wondered in worry as she felt his arm loosen.

"Good... morning..." Jotaro muttered groggily as he removed his arm from Y/n. "Hehehe... Good morning to you too, Jotaro..." Y/n said as she sat up from the bed. "What time is it even...?" Jotaro asked as he dragged his palm across his face.

Y/n looked beside her and saw a clock, "It's 9:15 a.m. right now." she said as she rubbed the sleep of her eyes. "The old man's probably still sleeping now so we can have breakfast in peace." Jotaro said as he got off of the bed and put on his slippers.

"Oh Jotaro~ are those your bunny slippers?" Y/n teased as a smirk graced her face. "Good grief, it's only morning and you already have the need to annoy me..." Jotaro grumbled as he opened the doors, waiting for Y/n to exit.

"Yikes... somebody's not a morning person it seems..." Y/n joked as she exited his room and Jotaro closed the doors.

Once they arrived in the living room, there was already breakfast served. "Good morning kids! Here's the food!" Holy said happily. Jotaro nodded while Y/n sleepy yawned, "Thank you Holy...".

As the three of them sat, Jotaro noticed the absence of his nosey grandfather. "Where's the old man-"

"GOOD MORNING EVERYBODY!" Joseph shouted as he ran into the living room with a shopping bag in his hand. Jotaro rolled his eyes, "I should've been quiet...".

Joseph chuckled and placed the bag on the table, "I went on a little shopping trip to a nearby store. And look what I got!" Joseph exclaimed as he pulled out many candy packages.

"Look Holy! These ones look like cat paws! And these are little bears!" Joseph pointed to just a few packages as he fangirled to his daughter.

"They're really adorable, papa... Now sit and eat your food before it gets cold. You too, kids." Holy said as she grabbed the bag and walked to the kitchen.

"So, Y/n, are you ready to train with your stand today?" Joseph asked while putting the food on his plate. "Will I potentially get punched again?" she gulped nervously. Joseph laughed as he grabbed his fork, "Don't worry, Y/n, just a little."
