"Delivery for Remus Lupin;" said James as he approached said boy, Sirius leaning heavily against him. "One Sirius Black.?"

"One very drunk Sirius," added Peter from behind James. "Don't ask us how it happened."

Remus rolled his eyes good-naturedly."I don't attend your games for once, and you allow him to get plastered."

"I tried to stop him," said James as he slowly peeled Sirius off him. "He didn't listen. Now take him to bed before he falls asleep standing"

At that, Sirius perked up and squinted at James. "Are you setting me up with someone? I told you to take me to Moony!"

Then, he turned to glare at Remus (as much as he could while drunk). "And you won't take me anywhere. I have a boyfriend, and I'm waiting for him to come back."

Remus raised his hands in surrender, biting down a grin. James and Peter were openly laughing though. "Alright, okay. I'll just take care of you while Moony isn't here, yeah? He told me to do so."

Sirius narrowed his eyes and looked him up
and down. "Who even are you?

James snorted, and Peter hit the back of his head, though he was also grinning.

Remus only looked very amused. "I'm a friend. We've studied together a few times."

James, Peter and Remus watched Sirius as he contemplated his options, a concentrated look on his face. Finally, he sighed and nodded. "I s'pose that won't hurt anyone. But you're not taking me to bed!"

Remus chuckled. "I would never. Don't want to face your angry boyfriend!"

Sirius hummed in agreement and nodded quickly, allowing Remus to put an arm around his shoulders to steady him. "Probably for the better. Moony is really, really strong."

"Mhmm, I can imagine." Remus shot James and Peter a thankful look and a thumbs-up to reassure them before he turned around and guided Sirius in the direction of the stairs that lead to the dorms.

"I'll take you to bed now," he said and raised his hand to interrupt whatever protest Sirius was about
to say. "So you can rest, not to do anything else."

Sirius huffed and raised his chin. "I sure hope
so."

They climbed up the stairs in silence, slowly since Sirius was leaning heavily on Remus, but they managed, and eventually reached the door that had Marauders messily carved in the wood.

Remus pushed the door open and urged Sirius in, who stumbled on his way to his bed, falling with a dull thump on it.

Sirius let out a long sigh and blinked up at Remus, who was still standing by the door and watching him.

"Are you going to help me out of these or are you just going to stand there?" he asked, kicking his legs in the air and pointing at his boots. "I thought Moony told you to take care of me?"

Remus laughed and pushed off the door. "Yeah, alright. No need to get bossy." He approached Sirius and started to untie his boots before slowly taking them off, aware of Sirius gaze on him. "What do you want me to do next, your Highness?"

"Give me one of Moony's jumpers, there should be one on his bed!" Remus turned around and grabbed the brown jumper that was on his bed, handing it to Sirius. "No looking!"

Remus chuckled and turned around to face his own bed again. "Okay. I'll get you some water while you change, okay?"

Sirius hummed and mumbled something that Remus couldn't make out, and he entered the dorm's small bathroom, conjuring a glass and filling it with water. He exited the bathroom again and found Sirius under his duvet, leaning against the headboard and looking impossibly adorable in the too-big-jumper with his hair ruffled and cheeks pink.

Remus walked up to him and sat down on the bed, handing him the glass. "Drink that, should make your head less foggy."

Sirius took the glass from his hands and downed the water in one large gulp, some of it spilling down his chin. Remus smiled fondly and reached out to wipe the water away out of reflex.

"Well," said Remus quietly after a few seconds of looking at each other. "I'll leave you to rest now."

He made a move to get up but Sirius wrapped a hand around his wrist. Remus raised an eyebrow at him
questioningly.

"Can you cuddle me?" he asked shyly. "Just while my Moony isn't here."

Remus' face softened and he nodded. "Yes, of course. Let me get changed."

Five minutes later, Remus was laying under the duvet with Sirius, the smaller boy.

"What's your name?" asked Sirius suddenly. Remus let out a quiet snort.

"Remus."

Sirius turned around to look at him, eyes wide. "That can't be your name. My boyfriend's name is already Remus!"

"Well, looks like he's not the only one." Sirius huffed, turning around fully to face Remus and hummed.

"You look like him." Remus smiled. "I do?"

Sirius nodded. "Yes. I think you're related."

Remus huffed out a laugh. "And I think that
you need sleep."

Almost as if Sirius' body wanted to prove his point, he let out a yawn. "Mkay. When Moony gets here, you'll have to leave and let him cuddle me."

"Will do, don't worry." assured Remus. He ran a hand through Sirius' hair, the way he liked it and smiled when the boy let out a content hum.

"Hey Remus?" said Sirius again suddenly. "Hm?"
"I think I love Moony."

Remus felt his heart stop beating for a second as heat flooded his cheeks. "Y-You do?"

Sirius nodded. "Mhm. But you can't tell him that! I don't think he's ready yet."

Oh, thought Remus, you don't know just how
ready I am. "I think he loves you too," said Remus after a few seconds.

"Yeah?" Sirius blinked up at him hopefully.

"Yes. And I'm very sure he does." He squeezed Sirius once before he let his hand run through Sirius' soft hair again. "I promise, I won't tell him anything though."

"Mkay. Thank you." Sirius yawned again before he buried his face in Remus' chest, being instinctively drawn to the familiar warmth.

"G'night," he mumbled.

"Good night." Remus waited a bit until Sirius was really asleep before he pressed a soft kiss to the top of his head.

"I love you too, darling." He fell asleep shortly after that, one hand still buried in Sirius' hair while his head rested against Sirius' own.
