Chapter 11 (ep 5) the nina project

I asked Steve to drop me back to the shed as to not worry Eddie. I had just escaped death and I felt confident. I was going to tell him.

"Well, y/n this is it." Steve said pulling up to the old shed.
"Thanks Steve, for everything." I said.
I hopped out and waved to him as I walked away.
I was very nervous to approach Eddie.
How do you go up to the guy your seeing who thought you were dead when your not?
I slowly approach the shed door and it creaked open. There was no sign of Eddie or anybody for that matter. Shit!
I searched around the shed quickly but found his jacket. "Oh thank god." I whispered out of breath.
I heard clatter from inside the house. He must be in there
I peeked through the window.
Eddie!
"Hey Dustin this is Eddie the Banished." He said to the walkie talkie.
"You there?" He asked no response.
Dustin must be asleep.
"Dustin, can you hear me?" He asked again. No response
"Dustin, Earth to Dustin!" He said annoyed.
"Hey it's Nancy." I heard
"Wheeler! Hey." How did he know her? I swear to god if Nancy likes him I'm gonna-
"I'm, im gonna need a food delivery." He told her
He walked slowly over to the door right next to me and I hid.
"Like really soon, unless you want me going out into the world." He said
"No no no no. Don't do that." Bitch
"Stay where you are and we'll be there as soon as we can." She told him in a quite tone. I thought she was will Wills brother.
"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Listen Um, Steve didn't give me the specifics on y/ns letter. Was I supposed to read it, cause I didn't." He said
He didn't read it.
"I fell asleep." He said.
He fell AslEEP?
(Friends reference)
"Oh no, you can read it If you want but I think that y/n would want you to wait." She said on the other line.
"Cool, bring me beer!" He said
She scoffed.
I watched as he walked over to the couch and sat down, my letter in hand. One part of me wanted to stop him but the other wanted to hear what he had to say.
He opened it..

A few minutes went by and I couldn't hear anything. That was until I heard quite sobs. Oh no.
"Oh...y/n.." he said and he broke down.
I couldn't take it anymore. I burst through the door and he jumped up. His eyes were red and teary and his breath was fast.
"I'm here! I'm okay!" I yelled running to him and jumping on his lap hugging him.
"Y/n..." he said breaking down again taking in my scent and holding me close.
"Why would you say that-that you were going to die?" He asked and I wiped his tears with my thumbs.
"I thought I was! Vecna has been stalking me and he captured me whiles I was at the graveyard. It was just like what happened to Chrissy. I was so scared when I found out I might die a gruesome death like Chrissy and Fred so I wrote letters, to everyone." He stared at me in disbelief at what he was hearing.
"Then I beat him, with your help. I though if you and Dustin and everybody that makes me want to Kill that son of bitch and I made it out alive. I didn't know Robin had given you the letter already and I wanted to know what you thought so I came here. I don't want to upset you Ed's." He grabbed my cheeks cupping them and kissed me. I kissed back eagerly and he broke the kiss.
"I love you too. Y/n, I love you so much my world collapses when your not around." He said and I smiled.
We sat on the couch in each other's presence for what felt like a lifetime. I loved it like this
I loved him.
Everything was perfect.

Eddie and laid on the couch for a few hours just taking in each other's presence before moving to the shed once again..
We never went past making out he thought I was too fragile at the moment. I kept my headphones just in case

I had explained in detail everything that had happened to me so he was caught up and I could see tears form in his eyes.
"Oh Eddie, my love don't cry." I said hugging his head which was on my chest.

We were interrupted when we heard a car outside.
Eddie peeked his head out the window. It was not Dustin. He held a finger to my lips as he peered out again. I held his other hand, scared of who it was. This time I took a look myself. It was Jason and his goons. They think we killed Chrissy. How did they find us?. They had obviously just came from Chrissys funeral because they were all wearing black suits but they were holding various sharp objects. We're they going to hurt us?
They made their way to Ricks house and through the front door.
"What do we do?" I whispered to Eddie.
"Shit.shit." He said and grabbed dustins walkie talkie.
"Ed's answer me." I whispered.
He peered through another window to get a better view. The three had already entered the house.
"Hey, Dustin. You there?" Eddie asked my brother over the walkie talkie
"Ed's what do we do hes not answering." I whispered back kind of panicking.
"Shut up y/n!" He whispered back. Ouch.
I looked down hurt at his words.
I have an idea.
"Ed's I have an idea." He kept rambling on to Dustin who wasn't answering. Probably asleep again. I took this opportunity of silence to walk up to him and kiss him lightly.
"I love you." I said and he stared at me confused.
"What, y/n!" He said and I walked out the door.
I had a screwdriver in my hand. I walked up to the Bully's car and punctured his wheels , all four. I then crawled underneath his car when I saw him look through the window. I also looked back at the shed to see Eddie with wide eyes.

It was now nightfall and I was still under the car. I was nearly asleep and had cramps everywhere. So I crawled out. Just as I crawled out from under the car Jason and his friends exited the house
They were quick to spot me and ran towards me. I ran into the shed and barricaded the door as best I could but they easily broke through it. I jumped into the boat which Eddie and started paddling in and we paddled off. But the boys were close on our tail. They took off their clothes and jumped in the water. Only two of them did this though.
"Hey freaks!" Jason yelled.
"Jason we didn't do anything!" I yelled back .
"Then why are you running, Bitch?!" He yelled at me.
"Shit." Eddie muttered as they ran into the water.
As Eddie tried to start of the engine Jason and Patrick swam towards us.
"Nope? Okay!"
Just as Jason was catching up to us the boat shook and I fell out.
"Y/n!" Eddie yelled.
"Keep going!" I yelled to Eddie and pushed the boat as best I could.
"I'm not leaving you." He said to me and I looked back only to be met with the eyes of Jason.
"Well hello killer!" He said and grabbed my hair shoving me under the water. I could hear muffled screams from Eddie as water filled up my lungs.  I struggled until he let go. I rose to the top of the water again and caught my breath. Patrick was floating.
"What's his favourite song?!" I yelled at Jason. I didn't like Patrick but he didn't deserve to die.
"I don't know freak!" Jason yelled back at me. I swam back to Eddie and he helped me into the boat. He held me close as Patrick's limbs snapped. His body fell fast to the water beneath him and my eyes widened. Eddie noticed this and turned me away. I leaned my head over the side of the boat and threw up the water I had previously injested. Eddie held my hair back and kept paddling.
"It's okay y/n" he said.
I looked back at Jason
"YOU KILLED HIM!!" He said grabbing the body of his friend.
I killed him
I killed him
I did
I killed him
I'm a killer.
"I killed him." I muttered and Eddie stopped paddling.
"What, y/n no you didn't it was Vecna." He said grabbing my face making me look at him.
I jumped out of the water .
"Y/n NO!" He said and I swam off crying.
I cant be near Eddie whiles I'm a killer
"Y/n COME BACK!!" He yelled as I reached the shore and walked off into the forest.
I killed Patrick.
I'm the monster.
