Knock knock knock
Herb bangs on Vons apartment door three hard times awaiting an answer as his chest pumps up and down and his face is filled with emotions .
Not anger , not sadness , but just hurt ... pure hurt and betrayal that someone he considers his good friend would do something so foul and dishonest towards him .
He wouldn't even be this mad if he had found out Von had been smashing ari , but his sister ???? That's the ultimate disrespect and Herb can't let it slide . Not for Von ... not for nobody !
He debated hard for many hours on how he was going to handle this situation and still be here for his family but there's only one solution to this problem and it's not rational .
How can he be reasonable , or even accept the fact that his little sister is dealing with a criminal? A criminal that he once called a brother .... Now he knows that word doesn't mean shit . Especially to von.
After a few long seconds , a couple of locks click and the door swings open , revealing one of vons muscles making Herb realize that they were in the middle of their little 'meetings ' but he doesn't care . This is personal .
"Whatchu need ?" The large man asks , not letting Herb through the door .
"I need to holla at von " Herb tells him
"He not here " the man lies
Herb chuckles and shakes his head "Cmon now Ian here ta play games " he says seriously
The guy looks him up and down and sighs "what's your name ?" He asks
"Herb " he answers
The man closes the door, and after a minute he returns and opens it , letting Herb inside the smoke fumed apartment full of people .
Herb roams around until he spots von in the kitchen with Durk and a few of his main dealers having a conversation.
"Ohhh shit Wassup Herb !" Durk greets excitedly.
Von turns around spotting Herb dapping Durk up , keeping his eyes on Von the entire time , not taking his glare away once even as he greeted the others, Letting him know that this isn't a friendly check in .
