Chapter 1- school

I'm running as fast as I can."no no no no!" I whisper hearing whooping of the police cars. The school called the authorities when the school Bully of Palm bay high,Tommy, tried to punch me, so I sorta kinda threw him out of a window.... Oops! A blinding light hit me, " stop and put you're hands up!" A police woman yelled. I just ignored her and kept running There is no way they are going to catch me unless they have..... My thoughts were interrupted by the sound of motorcycles I spoke to soon . They were getting closer, I saw ahead a school called Bridge Wood High. Ok I've got a plan! I thought. As u approached the school I walked like a normal student and slowed my breathing so they wouldn't suspect me. A group of girls walked over to me. They were wearing expensive jewelry, nice clothes and had bedazzled phone cases. My guess these were the mean girls. "hi are you new " the blonde one asked in a sweet voice. I nodded. "What's your name?" The girl with long red hair said . "Forest" I said. "Forest is to hard to say i'll call you shrub!!" She said rudely "ha!ha!ha!ha!" The two other girls laughed. I cringed, "Umm well, nice meeting you?" I said. Then the police came on there motorcycles and started to search the area. I hurried away from the Girls and walked quickly into the school. I pushed open the heavy doors and looked for a sign marked front office ,but there was none! I saw a guy , really cute ,so I walked over to him. "Uhh...hi. I... I'm new here, do you happen to know where the office is?" I asked nervously. He gave me a smile "Hi I'm Spencer. And the office is this way." He said. He led me to a room with a sign marked administration. I'm so stupid! I thought. We walked inside and an a old man greeted spencer warmly,"hello spencer! How can I help you?" He said " well principal smith, I have a new student for you. This is-" spencer looked at me " Forest." I said quietly."she's not much of a talker, but that can change" spencer said with a smile. "Ok ms.Forest, just call your parents here and-" I cut him off." I'm an orphan..."I looked down."Uhh...well...I'm sorry... " the principal didn't know what to say, he weirdly sniffed the air." You may stay at this school for free, I'll pay for lunch." " it's fine sir I can er.....get my own lunch" I said "I'm sure you can," spencer said"Well mr.smith it was nice seeing you, but forest here needs to get to first period." spencer said
