Chapter 8- creepy stalker

so my date with Spencer finally came. I didn't know what to wear (partly cause I have a limited wardrobe and partly cause Cassidy wanted to go shopping)so Cassidy took me to a mall. "Ooo, this would look nice on you!" She squealed picking up a short silver strapless dress with a jewel encrusted belt. " that does look nice but I probably can't afford it," i said studying the dress. "of course I'll buy it" she said walking towards the check out with the dress, matching shoes, and a matching hair clip. "What, no! You don't have to." I said jogging to catch up with her. " no it's fine, my parent gave me their credit cards" she Replied gently placing the items infront of the cashier and handing her a blue credit card. "thank you for shopping here, come back soon," the lady said bored handing us the bag of my new clothes. " I cant wait!" I squealed.

it was 7:45 and I was fully ready to go. I waited for Spencer in front of Cassidy's house. Finally a red Camry pulled up And Spencer got out of it. He was wearing a nice suit with a blue tie, he looked at me up and down "you look.... Wow," he breathed. "thanks" I said blushing. He stood there starring at me for a little bit,then opened the door to the passenger's seat. I walked over to the car thanked him then sat down. He got in the car the started driving to Romaro's Italian Restaurant.

She was a more beautiful specimen than I thought. i tapped on my walkie-talkie "should I move in now?" I asked. a minute later a replie came "not yet, patience, Mortimer.". I grumbled under my breath, how long should I wait, oh Mortimer just 14 more years! I thought Angrily. " at least her birthday is one day away," I whispered. Sitting their for another two hours until she and the boy finally came out and left. I got up, ran to my motorcycle, and began to follow them to the red haired girls house. i got off about four houses down , ran across the street and stood directly in front of the house, watching her get out if the car and finally look at me. "soon enough, my dear" I said smiling. Her face showed only fear and horror. The boy drove off and she ran inside the house. I walked over to my motorcycle and drove over to headquarters.

i said bye to Spencer and noticed the man from my dream standing across the street starring at me, all of a sudden I froze. "soon enough, my dear" he said. I had no time to wonder why he was here , I ran inside Cassidy's house and slammed the front door behind me. Cassidy paused the show she was watching and looked at my worried. I finally let out a breath."uhhh... Is Spencer that bad?" She asked raising an eyebrow. "No... It's just...." I thought about it " never mind". " ok, just try not to break another door please"she said un pausing her show and watching. "Sorry" I said ploping down on the sofa next to her Trying to watch the show, but I couldn't focus. I know him and he knows me, that is not good. But what did he want with me? Did he know about my dream? Does he know my parents? A million questions filled my head and eventually I dosed off.
