This week has been a load of bullshit. I guess I'm not over Parker like I thought I was. That would devastate Shane though, especially since we declared our love for each other. Parker has had a stick up her ass and Francesca has only spoken to me via text, which is always a spat. She swears up and down it wasn't a date, but I don't believe her. Parker led it on that it was a date. Who am I supposed to believe? If I love Shane, why do I care?

I sighed and got off my bed. I need to find something to do to keep my mind off the whole situation from last weekend. Being in my period doesn't help in containing my emotions either. I left the house and headed towards the airport. Sometimes crowds will hang out at the airport. I put on music and walked down there, singing along the whole way. This is what happiness feels like.

When I got down to the parking lot, I noticed Cate and Francesca hanging out with Cate's usual clique. I went to avoid them, but Francesca spotted me.

"Hey jealous bitch!" She yelled and her friends laughed. She jumped off the trunk and came towards me, I could smell the vodka off her breath. "How does Shane feel about you being hung upon Parker?"

"I'm not."

"Your petty ass passive agreesive stories have said otherwise."

"I don't care about Parker like that. What had me upset is you went out with him behind my back."

"Behind your back? You've only been here eight months."

"That's an accomplishment for someone like me."

Francesca snorted. "The only reason you're even here is because Tina takes in teenage girls for the money. You're just a free check. When you turn eighteen, she'll kick you out."

"She told me she won't."

"She said that to the other girls too but when they turned eighteen, bye."

"I don't even care that you went out with him, if you want to be with someone with a tight schedule who sucks in bed, then go for it."

I heard laughter, looked around and noticed a crowd was gathering around us.

"It wasn't even a date!"

"Sure it wasn't. So was your ploy to make Nick jealous?"

"He asked me to go to help him look after his siblings."

"Why would he choose you? Why did he go out of his way to tell me he was going to the ball game?"

"I don't fucking know. I'm not trying to upset Nick. It was just a ball game with a childhood friend. You're dating his best friend. Why are you so concerned about Parker?"

"I'm not. I'm concerned about you being a backstabbing bitch." Everyone gasped and I smiled. Francesca's face turned deep red. "Parker is my ex and you went out with him without asking me if it was okay. You know what they say, don't trust a hoe."

Francesca screamed and ran at me, fist to my face. I yelled and started fighting back, defending myself. This is the fifth fight I've ever been in. We kept hitting, kicking, rolling around, screaming, fighting until someone yoked me off her and held me in the air. I felt the urge to spit so I spit in her direction, spitting out blood. She's covered in blood, so I sure I am too. I looked at who was holding me and realized it was a cop. A second cop was holding Francesca. Once I calmed down enough, he set me down.

"What's going on?" My cop asked.

"She threw the first punch. It was self-defense." I replied.

The officer nodded and I opted to go to the hospital because of the headache. Unfortunately, Francesca did too and they put us in the same room. When we saw each other, we scowled.
