Chapter 28

Emiliano's POV:
I opened the door to the limo and stepped out. My whole family followed me inside. We had to go through security and got our badges and took our seats. Our seats were right at the end of the runway. The show was supposed to start in 5 minutes.

Adira came out and took her seat with us.

"I have a new model doing my opening and closing, she's amazing. Just wait until you guys see her," said Adira.

"We know anything you do will be amazing," momma commented.

The lights dimmed and music started to play. (Play music above now)

Smoke emitted from both sides of the staircase and a figure came to the top. She started walking down the 5 stairs. She got to the bottom and the smoke didn't hide her as much. She started to walk down the runway. She was adorned in a black dress with a silver metal belt around the waist that reflected off all the lights.

When she got closer to the end of the runway I could actually see her face. When i did, my heart stopped beating and all i could focus on was her. I heard Venus gasp beside me. Remi made it to the end of the runway and turned around and walked back.

"Shes good isn't she?," Adira asked.

"Emilio, isn't that Remi?," momma asked.

"Yes.," Venus answered.

I couldn't even speak. I got up and started walking to the back where all the models waited to go out on the runway. I got back there and looked around for her but didn't see her.

I started walking towards the back where little changing rooms were and saw one with her name on it and barged inside and shut the door behind me. I heard her gasp and she turned around quickly.

"W-what are you doing in here? Get out.," she said.

I grabbed her by the shoulders and pushed her up against the wall and crushed my body against hers.

"What the fuck are you doing? Get off.," she said.

"No, do you have any idea how worried we were about you, how worried I was? You left without a trace and failed to tell anyone where you were going Remmington," I said rather loudly.

Remi flinched back a little and tears came to her eyes.

"I'm sorry, i had to leave.," she whispered.

"Why,?" I asked.

"I didnt wanna fall for you. I can't do it," she said.

She put her hands on my shoulders and tried to push me back but I wouldn't budge. I stayed glued to her front.

"Maybe I've already fallen for you. Ive looked everywhere for you. I thought something had happened to you Remington," I confessed.

"No, don't say that. I can't do this with you. Thats why I left. Im sorry I worried you guys but I just can't," she spoke.

"Why not, you can't say you didn't feel anything between us and if you did you're a liar," I harshly said.

Remi just lowered her head and looked down. I put my finger under her chin and tilted her head up to look at me. I leaned in close enough I could feel her breath against my lips. I leaned in more until my lips met hers ever so softly. She tensed a little but relaxed and started to kiss me back. Our lips fit together like they were always meant to be. I pried her teeth apart with my tongue and tangled them together. Her hands came up to my cheeks and gently stroked my scruff.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

Remi pulled away from me quickly and was panting.

"Miss. Taylor, you up next in 5 minutes," a woman spoke.

"Okay, thankyou!," Remi said back.

"You need to go so I can get ready," she said.

"We're not finished here. You're coming back to the hotel with me so we can talk," i said to her.

She didn't say anything but pointed to the door. I turned and left and shut the door behind me and walked back to my seat. My family was all looking at me but didnt say anything.
