⚠️ Trigger Warning: Violence ⚠️
Emiliano's POV:
It is now March 28. She's been gone for a year and 5 months. 17 months, 455 days, 655200 minutes. She won't answer phone calls or messages so I just stopped trying to reach her after a few weeks. She won't answer Venus either and she is worried sick. I haven't found a trace of her. Lisa still won't tell me where she is and she helped her disappear very well.
"Boss, he's downstairs," Gio said. A man has stolen 10 million from me and just so happens to be one of my own. Fucking traitor.
I walk out of my office and down the stairs to the basement. It smells like blood and I love it. Gio opens the door for me and we stroll in. Alex is sitting in a chair with his hands and feet tied to it. His eye is swollen black. His nose it bleeding and his lip is busted. I calmly walked over to him.
"B-boss, w-what is this?"
I chuckled darkly and grabbed a chair and pulled it in front of him so I could sit. He had tears running down his cheeks. Pussy.
"Alex. Alex. Alex. You stole 10 million dollars from me. Did you think I wouldn't find out?"
"I-I don't know w-what your t-talking about. I didn't s-steal from you Capo."
I stood up and started walking to a table. "You see Alex." I paused and grabbed a knife and turned towards him holding the weapon in my hand with my index finger on the tip. "I don't like liars just as much as I don't like thieves. We traced the footage back to you."
He started sobbing. I rolled my eyes. "I-I s-sorry Boss. I n-needed the m-money."
"Bullshit," I roared and threw the knife and hit his shoulder. He screamed out in pain. "I give my men more than enough money. Do not tell me you needed it."
He just continued crying. "You know the price you pay of going behind me." I walked over to him and put my hand under his chin and lifted his face up so his eyes met my furious ones. "I will kill you. Wipe any trace of your existence from the earth. No one will even know you are dead."
"Please d-don't do this," Alex sobbed and begged. I back away from him and pulled out my gun from the waistband of my dress slacks. I raised the gun up and fired. Bullet straight through the temple. His body jumped back from the force and his head fell limply forward. His blood spattered all over my face and torso. I put my gun away and walked over to Gio smiling at the door. He pulled out a hanker chief so I could wipe my face off.
"Get the crew here to clean this shit up."
"Yes Boss," he put and hand in front of his forehead and saluted me. I rolled my eyes at his behavior.
"It's Emilio not Boss Idiota. We have been best friends since toddlers."
He only nodded and pulled his phone out to call the clean-up crew to get the mess taken care of. I walked back up the stairs to my room to change my clothes. I walked into my bathroom and turned the shower on and hopped inside. I washed my face and body and hair. I got out after a few minutes and wrapped a towel around my waist. I walked to my closet and I pulled out a pair of sweatpants and white shirt. I took my towel off and pulled my clothes on.
I checked my phone and it was 10:00 at night. I decided to go ahead and go to sleep. I got into my bed and pulled the comforter over my body and drifted off to sleep thinking of her bright green eyes.
Remington's POV:
"Great. You are doing good Remi."
I smiled and winked at Adira. She told me months ago she would never compliment me and yet she does it all the time.
"I know that you are tired. You worked hard today. Go to sleep. It's 8 at night."
I nodded and picked up my things and left for my apartment. I got inside and took my shoes off and ordered a pizza. While I am waiting for my dinner, I walked to my bathroom and took a quick shower and dresses into black sweatpants and a purple tee. I put my hair into a messy bun and put on my glasses. I grabbed the remote and turned on Netflix. I put on Lucifer and waited for my pizza to arrive. I heard the knock and got up and paid and tipped for my pizza and grabbed an ICE flavored water from the fridge and sat down again.
I finished my pizza and threw away all of my garbage and went back to watching Lucifer. I gradually began to fall asleep dreaming of the beautiful blue eyes.
