Alice's POV

"Doctor!" I wailed.

"What!" the Doctor yelled, fixing the TARDIS.

"I'm soooooo bored."

"Well complaining won't help you."

I stuck out my tongue at him and continued to complain.

"Are you done yet?"

"For the seven billionth time, no."

I walked away saying, "Well, I'm gonna go explore the TARDIS bye!"

All I heard was a murmured goodbye from under the floor.

I started walking towards one of the right hallways that I hadn't been through yet.

An hour later of endless hallways I ended right back in the control room.

The Doctor was sitting in the leather seat with his feet propped up on the control panel.

I put my hands on my hips.

"How long ago were you done."

"About fifty five minutes."

I went over to sit next to him.

"So Doctor, where are we going today?"

The Doctor's POV

I sat up straight in the seat when she asked that question.

"Where do you want to go?" I asked.

She sighed and started drumming her fingers on her lap.

"Maybe Italy? I always wanted to go there as a kid." she said.

"Okay! Italy it is!"

I leapt up from the seat making Alice jump.

As I started flipping switches Alice got up and walked over to me.

"Rome would be nice," she whispered in my ear,"present time."

I blushed a faint pink and tried to suppress a shiver.

A small smile appeared on my face as she walked away.

Just as I was about to reach out and grab her hand, the TARDIS gave a jerk and we both went tumbling to the floor, laughing.

"Well Alice, would you like to see Rome." I said, helping her stand up.

"Yes please."

As we opened the door, we came face to face with another TARDIS.

A man and a girl stepped out of the other TARDIS.

It was 11 and Rachel.

"What the-" 11 started to say when Rachel cut him off.

"Doctor the TARDIS!"

Their TARDIS was starting to fade away.

"No no no! 11 said, trying to stop it.

As it disappeared we all stood there.

"What the hell just happened here!" The Doctor exclaimed.

"I don't know, I don't know!" 11 said pacing in a circle.

"I mean, it's not very likely for us to meet once, but twice!" the Doctor said pacing with 11.

"Well I don't know about you two," I said, interrupting their thoughts,"but me and Rachel would like to see Rome."

"Yes, right! Sorry," the Doctor said, "don't worry we'll get the TARDIS back." the Doctor said, patting 11s shoulder.

As we walked away I could hear 11 whisper to the Doctor,"What if this is like Donna?"

Sadness flashed over the Doctor's face.

"I don't want to think about it right now, come on." he said.

Apart from that, it was a great experience. We got to see the coliseum and lots of statues.

When it turned night we all walked back to the TARDIS.

"Well it looks like the TARDIS hasn't returned yet so would you like to stay with us?" I asked.

"We'd love to, thank you Alice." Rachel replied.

We all stepped into the TARDIS. Rachel and 11 looked around.

"This is way different then ours Doctor." Rachel said to 11.

"You never change do you sand shoes." 11 said, shaking his head.

"Shut up chinny! Do you want a room or not." the Doctor said.

11 automatically closed his mouth.

"Good, thank you."

The Doctor showed Rachel and 11 to their rooms.

Once we were sure they were settled, me and the Doctor met up in the control room.

"Well that was unexpected." the Doctor said.

"I know right!"

"There's something weird going on."

"Well, I'm to tired to think right now." I said, stretching.

"Oh, right. Goodnight Alice!" the Doctor said, smiling.

I kissed him on the cheek and whispered, "Goodnight Doctor."

He blushed a cherry red and quickly walked to his room.

I smiled to myself. I just kissed the Doctor! Today, is a wonderful day.
