Chapter 20.

         Shannon's POV .

After Kelsie had left it started to rain so we all went in. We were all huddled up on the couch watching some old Disney movies. The boys idea not ours. They're so childish at times.

Kelsie was a bit of a nut job today. Even Luke looked a but pissed off the way she was carrying on. She was acting like an eight year old girl.

Kate and Jai were cuddled up. She was wearing one of his hoodies which looked so cute. James and Beau were joking about so they cuddled up together. Gosh these boys are such weirdos.

Me and Luke were cramped into the edge of the couch. Daniel said he wanted a shower so he left.

"Its 10 Kate we should get going" I sighed standing up only to get pulled back down by Luke.

"Just stay the night" Luke said. All of the boys agreed so me and Kate said yes. I mean what harm would it do.

"Let's watch tangled now!" Beau yelled excitedly. We all had to agree even though none of us wanted it on. Beau could turn into a right drama queen when he doesn't get his own way. I don't know if that's an act he puts on or not.

"Me and Kate are going to bed" Jai yawned before standing up and pulling Kate up.

"No sex!" James shouted.

"No where saving that for the honeymoon" he winked as Kate walked up the stairs.

"Yeah same guys I'm pretty tired" Beau said before leaving.

"James move over you fat cunt !" Luke moaned.

"Shut up dick head" James said hitting him with a pillow. "Anyways I'm going up. Night"

"Good night " I said back to him. After James left me and Luke both got more comfortable.

"How come you aren't tired?" He asked me.

"I don't know to be honest" I replied truthfully. "Sometimes I can never sleep so I'd stay awake all night"

"I'll stay awake with you" He suggested,

"No its fine" I mumbled back loud enough for him to hear. I was flattered that he would be willing to stay awake all night with me.

"No I am" Luke insisted before getting up and turning on another movie. He then rushed into the kitchen to refill the popcorn bowl.

I am shocked by how much Luke has changed. Little over a month ago he was a complete dick head to his family and friends now he is so nice. Its crazy ! I wonder what changed him. Was it Kelsie? Or maybe he just grew out of his childish ways. Either was I like the new Luke and I want him to stay that way. I think all of us want him to stay that way.

"Shan?" Luke asked waving his hand in my face to get my attention.

"Huh what ?" I said snapping back into reality. I didn't even know I was in a trance before Luke snapped me out of it.

"Do you want to watch Iron Man?" He asked holding the DVD case in his hand.

"Yeah sure" I smiled

Luke put on the film then came back and sat on the couch. He pulled the blanket over us and pressed play on the film. We began to watch it . Luke would make funny comments about the characters which was pretty funny. I couldn't help but laugh at how idiotic he is for an eighteen year old.

"Oh my gosh Luke its only a film" I chuckled at how he was acting. He was yelling cuss words at the telly.

"Well if I thought there was someone in my house i wouldn't ask ! I'd hide and call the cops or some shit" He defended himself throwing another piece of popcorn in his mouth. "Popcorn tastes so much better at 4am"

"Yes, yes it does. I think any food tastes better at 4am" I admitted brushing some hair out of my face.

Luke had stayed up with me even though I could tell he was sleepy. I was flattered really.

"Are you and Daniel dating?" He blurted out before staring at me wide. Obviously regretting what he had asked.

"I don't know" I sighed. Like yeah I did like Daniel but I wouldn't see him as a boyfriend. "What about you and Kelsie?"

"Em I don't know, yeah she's hot but she's annoying" He admitted playing with one of his wristbands. "So tell me more about you"

I smiled before replying "um okay. I like pizza. I love bands ; All time Low, Greenday, Simple plan. Favourite color is blue. I'm 5,4. I used to play football but it bored me. I'm an only child. I was a bitch in school. Favorite movie is 'she's the man' . I love chewing gum don't ask why. And I guess that's it"

"We have a lot in common" He replied softly before yawning. "Woah it 5am "

"Thank you for staying up with me" I smiled as Luke rubbed his eyes.

"Its fine, your tired come lay down" He said moving over then pulling me softly onto his chest. I didn't even realize I was tired until my eyes started getting heavy and before I knew it I was asleep.
