Chapter 8 ( end of the day)

I then noticed that it was time to be done with work and I was excited because I am going evening shopping and I am going to buy a back pack to use for work. So I put the case file in my desk drawer and I cleared my desk up, turned off my computer, grabbed my bag and I pushed in my chair.
I walked into Alex's office and I started to say... "  hey sweetie, I am going to be heading out for the night, I will see you tomorrow".
" ok sounds good Homey, I will see you tomorrow then", Alex stated.
Alex got up from his seat and he kissed me good bye for the night. I then waved bye and I headed out the door of his office. A few minutes past and I was at my car. So I got in and drove back to my apartment to change into normal clothes and not work clothes for evening shopping. A while past and I made it to my apartment so I got out of my car and headed inside to my apartment. I unlocked the door and I walked inside and I locked the door again. I put my bag down and I went to my bedroom, I turned on some music that was playing from my Alexa Echo sound system thing.
I started to yell... " hey Alexa, play my Spotify music playlist".
" Ok, now playing Glamorous by Fergie", Alexa exclaimed.
I then shouted... " Alexa volume 30 ".
Alexa Echo then turned up the volume up to 30. I then started looking at my clothes in my closet that were hung up nicely inside. I then pulled out a mint green colored strapless crop bra top and I pulled out white colored sweat shorts and I layed them nicely on my bed. I then changed out of my work clothes and I got into my outfit for evening shopping while still listening to music. I then went into my bathroom and and I took out my ponytail and I re-brushed  my red colored hair. I then was already to rumble for evening shopping.
Then I started to shout... " Hey Alexa, turn off music".
Alexa Echo started to say... " ok".
Then music stopped and it was very quiet in my apartment.
I then got a text from Alex and so I read his text which says... " hey Honey, what are you doing tonight?"
I started to text him back saying... " Hey sweetie, I am going evening shopping tonight. What are you doing tonight?" I then clicked send.
I then shoved my phone into my sweat shorts pocket and I pulled out a tiny hand bag to carry around while I am evening shopping and I pulled out some white Nike sneakers and I pulled out some mint green colored ankle socks and I then walked out of my bedroom. I sat on the couch and I put my socks and sneakers on and I pulled out my phone and I shoved it in my tiny hand bag. I grabbed my car keys and I walked out the door and I locked it too. A few minutes past and I was at my car and so I got in and started it and of course I locked my car from the inside so that I am safe to. I then buckled up and I started to drive out of the parking lot. I then got a text so I carefully pulled out my phone and put it on my phone holder. I noticed that the text was from my boyfriend so I had Siri read the text out loud to me.
He started to say... " Oh cool! Have fun. If you want I can meet up with you and do shopping with you if you want?"
I started to say... " Hey Siri, text Alex".
" what do you want to say?", Siri exclaimed.
" Sure that sounds like fun, meet me at the New York City Mall", I exclaimed to Siri.
" Would you like me to send it?", Siri stated.
" Yes".
Siri then shouted... " ok it sent".
I then continued to drive which took a long time to get to the Mall. A while past I reached the Mall and I turned into the parking lot. I then parked the car and I waited for Alex to find me. He actually pulled up behind me in the parking lot which is funny. So I grabbed my phone and my bag and I got out and locked my car. Alex got out and we walked in the parking lot while holding hands. We walked inside smelling coffee being made at Starbucks and Food being cooked in the food court and the clean smell of the Mall too. We then walked to the other side of the Mall where all of the stores are at.
I started to say to Alex... " I need to buy a back pack for work so let's go to the Bag Store over there", as I said pointing at the Bag Store.
" Ok sounds good Honey", Alex exclaimed.
Me and Alex walked to the Bag Store while holding hands. We then walked in and started to look at the bags in the store. I noticed the sign that said Back Packs on the sign so we directly went to that aisle. We looked around the aisle until I noticed a cute and girly, fun back pack that I would like to have. It was black and gold and it had white stripes on it near the bottom of the backpack. It also has gold zippers on it to. So I grabbed it and carried it around the Bag Store until Alex found a backpack he wanted to buy as well for work. Alex found a men's one that was just a light brown color and he carried it around to. We then went to the checkout line so that we can pay for our backpacks and use them for work.
