A face flashed beneath. Sliding my sword from its sheath and swinging to the ground, onslaught engulfed me.
My brother doubled me, back to back...
Our extraordinary skills made the difference; twisting, tumbling, thrusting, protecting, defending and attacking.
The dead, the dying, the injured.
Panicking, confusion, howling, moaning and groaning.
The man I protected, wearing a crown— bleeding.
"Who is he —this man with the crown?" my brother shouted.
"Our father —he is a king," I replied.
