        After the iceberg Todoroki made was melted, the tournament continued. It was time for the fourth match. "Sorry for the long wait, but let's start with the fourth match!" Present Mic announced. The crowd cheered as the tournament continued.

        "Rushing headlong to the top! Almost the epitome of the middle in the pack! From the Hero Course, Tenya Iida!" Present Mic introduced. Iida, who was in the ring, had a determined expression. "Versus-fully equipped with support items! From the Support Course, Mei Hatsume!" Present Mic announced. Hatsume smiled as she waited for the match to start.

        "Iida's up against a Support Course student, huh?" Jiro said. "What kind of fight is this gonna be?" Asui wondered.

        "Wait, what is that?" Sato questioned. Class 1-A saw Iida clip on a support item to his back. The item appeared to look like a backpack.

        "Iida, it's against the rules for you to equip that support item! Unless your Quirk needs an item to function, you must submit a petition beforehand! Like Aoyama with his belt and Midoriya as his Quirk allows him to summon his weapons!" Midnight stated.

        Iida immediately bow. "I apologized! But my opponent gave this support item as she wanted an even fight! Her sportsmanship moved my heart!" He then stood up and clenched his fist. "I cannot ignore her fighting spirit, and I shall honor her request!" Iida stated.

        "Ah, youth!" Midnight squealed before snapping her flogger. "I'll allow it." She added.

        "Wait, so it's fine?" Present Mic questioned. "Just roll with it. I guess?" Hikaru commented. "If Midnight's okay with it including the two combatants, it's fine." Eraser Head added.

        Midoriya noticed Hatsume adjusted a mic on her headphones and her snickering. "Well, since it was permitted, let's start the fourth match!" Present Mic announced. Iida charged toward Hatsume as she began to speak. "Isn't that acceleration wonderful?" Hatsume asked as everyone heard her voice.

        "A mic?" Iida thought. "What is she doing?" Eraser Head questioned aloud.

        "Don't your legs feel lighter than usual? That's to be expected! Those leg parts help with the wearer's movement! And I-" A pole came out of Hatsume's backpack to help her evade Iida as he tripped. "-can evade with my hydraulic adjustments!" Hatsume announced.

        Hatsume, using her Quirk, looked at where the support companies were located. "The support companies are watching! Oh, they're biting! I've got'em!" She said mentally. Her backpack made an alarm sound as she dodged Iida again. "Since I'm got sensors in every direction, I can deal with attacks from behind!" Hatsume announced. Iida was about to fall, but his gear helped him up.

        He ran to his opponent again. "What are you planning?" Iida questioned. "Iida adeptly changed course! Thanks to the auto-balancer that I made!" Hatsume continued. Meanwhile, Present Mic had an annoyed expression.

        "What is this?" He asks his fellow commentators. "She's good at hard selling." Aizawa responded. "I'll say. Even I'm intrigued." Hikaru admitted as she jotted down notes.

        "The leg parts detect the wearer's brainwaves to predict their movements! So there's no need to worry about time lag!" Hatsume informed. Iida went for an attack but failed and was at the edge. "The auto-balancer is equipped with a 32-axis gyro sensor! It'll keep the wearer from falling unless they want to!" Hatsume added.
