During the attack on Hosu, a helicopter was flying over the city. Yu Shimamura and her cameraman were recording from the air. "Okay, from the helicopter to the studio. We're broadcasting live from the skies of Hosu City. I was busy with another story when the attack on Hosu happened out of nowhere. Fire and smoke are rising from various areas of the city's streets. Was all of this caused by an accident or villains?" Shimamura reported.

"We currently don't have any information regarding all of this. But we will report if we learn anything." Shimamura added. "And cut." Her cameraman said as he stopped recording and lowered the camera. But Shimamura looked at the city and caught something that seized her attention.

"No, keep recording!" Shimamura told her cameraman. He immediately turned on the camera to record what the reporter saw. "What is that? Can you see it?" Shimamura asked.  "Where? What am I supposed to find?" The reporter's cameraman asked.

"There, right above the water tank on the tallest building! Can you film it?" Shimamura answered. Her cameraman found what the reporter described and saw what she saw. "I see it! Are there two people there?" Shiammura's cameraman asked.

"It appears so. What are they doing in a place like this?" Shimamura questioned.

On top of the water tank were Shigaraki and Kurogiri. Shigaraki was observing everything with binoculars. He saw his three Nomus defeated, Stain standing despite being unconscious, and the heroes achieving victory. Shigaraki saw all this and angrily scratched his neck, binoculars disintegrating as he turned to Kurogiri.

"Let's go, Kurogiri." Shigaraki snapped, a sharp hiss slipping through clenched teeth. "Are you satisfied with the results, Shigaraki?" Kurogiri asked his master as he opened a portal.

"Depends on tomorrow's headlines." Shigaraki answered as he and Kurogiri entered the portal to leave the area.

Later that day, the headlines discussed the attacks on Hosu, mainly on Stain's arrest. The citizens began talking about the news on Hosu. "The Hero Killer got arrested?! Holy crap!" A random civilian said.

"For real, who took him down?" A second civilian asked. "I'm relieved but also a little disappointed." A third civilian said. "I get what you mean." A fourth civilian agreed.

"All three villains lack both address and family registry information. Based on the appearance of these two men, footage of whom NHA television fortuitously captured, some suggest they may be connected to the 'League of Villains,' that attacked UA university last month." A male reporter with a broken right horn and intact left horn reported. Along with pictures of the two Nomus that attacked Hosu and an image of the Nomu at the USJ behind him.

"It was the biggest killing spree by a solo criminal since All Might's debut. The name Hero Killer, Stain, has left its mark on history. We'll investigate and report with any details for his motive." A female reporter added.

In the city, a man listened to the news from a giant screen. He appeared in his late 20s to early 30s and stood 5'10¼". His complexion was pale with a slim, lanky build. The man's hair was black hair that spiked upward around his head and hung low over his thin turquoise eyes that were heavily lidded. His most striking features were patches of gnarled, wrinkled, purple skin on him.
