Summer was officially over. Adara was home. She had missed the cold and gloomy weather of Forks. Edward was the first one to welcome her home. "I've missed you" he said as he pulled her in for a hug. "I've missed you too, Cullen" Edward was happy. He was happy to have her back on his arms. Alice had peaked at their future but refused to say anything about it and Edward couldn't see what she had seen.

Forks didn't change in the little time she was gone. Charlie was still the sheriff, Dr. Cullen was still working as a Dr. and Jessica was still being a bitch. Bella was still "depressed" yet still dating her cousins ex. Even though nothing changed in Forks something changed around the school.

On the first day of Senior year Adara arrived at school holding Edward Cullen's hand and everyone went crazy. Edward and Adara simply smiled, they knew they were gonna be the talk of the school for days. If not months.

Bella didn't know how to feel although she knew she had no right to feel any type of way. Everyone began to murmur about what they were seeing. Edward simply smiled as everyone whispered about them. "They're talking about us" he said. They weren't dating, they weren't seeing each other or nothing of that sort, she was simply comfortable walking around with him. She didn't know though, that while they held hands he was falling in love.

When Stefan, Damon and Adara came back to town there were whispers of mysterious deaths. They were deaths that no one could explain. The three paid no mind, the Salvatore brothers knew they had nothing to do with it so they stayed out of it unless Adara was involved but they knew she could take care of herself.

Senior year was passing by quick, the girl was focusing on her studies and on graduating, she was grateful she was actually smart. Days turned into weeks and that's how she ended up sitting down on the bathroom floor with tears in her eyes. Adara had made a lot of questionable choices but she always made sure to be safe. But she remembered how she got there. Days before her breakup with Klaus, they had sex, which was how she ended up with a positive pregnancy test in her hand.

What was she supposed to do now. She knew she didn't want kids, but did she have the heart to get rid of a baby. Her baby. Charlie Swan was a man of little words but she cared. She knew he was in the living room. She had to tell him. He had the right to know, she was living in his house and if she was pregnant a lot was gonna change. Alice saw it, she was pregnant by the hybrid. But she saw Adara was gonna be okay.

Charlie was watching a game when she came down. She debated. Yes? No? Maybe? Maybe no? Charlie saw her standing there. "Hey, Ada. You alright?" he asked. Charlie was the father she wished she had growing up. Bella wasn't interested in having a father who cared and loved his daughter but she did. It was something she always wanted. "Yeah. I just... I wanted to talk to you about something" she said. She was prepared for the worst. He nodded. "I'm pregnant" she said quietly yet loud enough for him to hear.

The room got quiet, even with the tv on. "Uncle Char?" she said, hoping to get him back. "Did you hear me?" she asked nervously. Charlie nodded, rapidly. "Yeah. I did. Are you alright?" he asked with a worried tone. She gave him a confused look. "Yeah, I suppose. I don't know how to feel about it..." she heisted to finish her sentence. "I'm scared" she said at the end with a sad tone. Charlie said nothing but pulled her in for a hug. "It's gonna be alright, sweetheart. It's all gonna be alright" he stated, surely.  "I'm sorry. I never meant for this to happen" she cried in his arms. "It's alright, sweetheart. It's all gonna be alright" Charlie had been through this. He and Renee got married at a young age and had their first and only child at a young age too. He wished he had more kids but with Adara and even Bella, it was enough.

Adara had yet to tell Damon, Stefan, the Cullen's and the Uley pack about the new discovery she made. She didn't know how to. It would be odd and without knowing she would break a few hearts. She decided to tell Damon and Stefan first. But then, she thought it would be best if she told everyone. So, she called everyone for a meeting in the forest. Everyone was there. "So, what's this about?" Seth asked as she took a deep breath. "I have some news to share" she began. "You're not leaving again, are you?" Leah asked but she shook her head no. "I'm pregnant" she blurted out.

Everything was quiet. Eerily quiet. "I'm sorry. I think I miss heard you. Did you say you're pregnant?" Damon asked and she nodded. Damon knew when the father was. Him and Stefan instantly knew and they went pale. Vampires couldn't procreate but he was also a werewolf so there's always loopholes with nature. Everyone was simply too stunned to speak. "Who's the father?" Leah asked. "Some guy I hooked up with once" she replied. "I don't know what to say than just congratulations and we'll be here if you need us" Sam said and she nodded. "Thank you" she replied. Everyone gave her a hug, even the Cullen's.

Alice and her looked at each other. Adara knew that Alice knew. The only think they seer did was smile, happily. Too happily for Adara's comfort. Edward simply smiled. He was actually happy for her. And on the low key so was Damon and Stefan. Adara returned home. Charlie was in the kitchen with two men. "Ada, these are FBI agents. Agent Ackles and Padalecki" Charlie introduced. "They're here about to recent murders" he added. Adara's mind begs to whisper. 'Hunters. Hunters. Hunters. Hunters. Hunters' she closed her eyes. "This is my daughter, Adara Swan" she shake their hands. "Pleasure agents" agent Ackles gave her a flirty smile while his partner just a friendly one.

"I'll leave you guys to it then" she said as she walked to her room. She took our her phone and texted all of her friends. "Hunters in town" it read. Trouble was here. And it was here to stay.
