You are not the Hero

Nothing started at the dungeon's gates. Not follower by adventurers, you did not decide to go inside. Last night, you heard nothing about the owner. You were not terrified by the horrors he did.

Not holding your favorite weapon, you did not explore the dark corridors, you never fought the minotaurs keeping the main hall and you did not win bravely. As you could not take the gold they had, you did not rejoice about your next shopping time. You did not notice the stairs, and did not decide to take a break. Nor did you eat or drink water. After an  hour, you did not go toward the wizard's room, you did not kill the orcs you did not encounter and you didn't use a self-made map to not lost yourself. Indeed, you did not turn right trice in a labyrinth, and you did not see the hidden corridor.
While traveling across it, you did not fight a single giant spiders using spells. You did not thank the healer for the antidote that she did not give you to save you. The hidden corridor wasn't leading to the wizard's lair, and he wasn't waiting for you.
After no heroic battle against him, you didn't notice his weak point and did not use it against him. You never left the dungeon triumphant, and no one saw you as a hero. You did not this quest.
