Sai and virat reached hospital and sai has undergone routine checkups and blood test and now her name is called for sonography..
Sai and virat could see their baby was almost fully formed and on screen it looked like baby was sleeping peacefully...tears formed in virat's and sai's eyes....they held each others hand as they were overwhelmed with their emotions... later both together consulted gynaecologist...
The doctor said sai to keep her blood sugar in control and avoid salt in her food as her blood pressure also keeps increasing and rest properly...and they left...

Most of the times she was dizzy and unconscious at first trimester....neither she could eat her favourite food due to her diet schedule during her cravings...even if she ate something she will be vomiting at next second and her trauma of losing her first child resulted in horror nightmares and she always was in emotional mess as her mother passed away during her birth...her constant talk about virat's remarriage , her death and mother's love....everything keeps virat's fear increasing even if he put a courageous mind in front of her and family....
They reached home and virat waked up sai and made her sleep in their room which is now in downstairs ...and lied to her that he is going to ps and went to hospital...Anushka was ready with sai's reports ...
Anushka:Virat...sai's health is deteriorating day by day...her haemoglobin is less...addition to iron tablets....we should also start injection which is quite painful and also her glucose and bp levels are increasing....it should be highly under control...otherwise we will not be able to save both of them ...I think you understood d what I meant....also baby's movement will also be increasing day by day...so her pain too will be increasing....mujae patha hai aap sai say bohot pyaar kartae hai...usay takleef meim dekh nahi sakti...lekin yeh sab usay sahana padega aur jitana ho sakae aap sai kay sath vakth bitha dijayeee...aur usay apne aai aur pehle bachae ki gham se bahar aanae ki koshish karvana...yeh sab pregnancy hormones ki vachah say ho raha hai....lekin baby ki health kilayae aachae nahi hai..Aur ek bath Mr.Chavan sai ko fever ya kisi bhi infection lagnae math dena...agar esa huva tho humara sath mahinaoom ka care kisi bhi kaam nahi aayega...sai ko khush rakna...mei aaj shaam ghar aakar sai ko injection legavoogi

Later he reached home and saw her chit chatting with karishma...and then shared anushka's words with ashwini....later virat informed sai about her injection and at evening anushka came and given her injection and it was quite painful...later virat made sai to ear her dinner and medicines and virat made her sleep on his arms while she was struggling due to pain due to baby movements and injection
