:☆: 800+READS!!! WOO!!!
Let me clarify, things are going well between Henry and Y/n, but this doesn't mean it won't have rough edges. Enjoy!!

I wake up, a knot of pain pounding in my head..
It takes me a second to realize I'm still in my room, I'm in my bed against the headboard. I assumed I fainted from all the stress, I hear a turning from my doorknob, it's Robin and Nancy.
"Oh my god she's up!" She exclaimed.
"Are you alright Tompkins?" She asked, "I'm fine, Buckley." I smiled
"We brought food!" She smiled, too. "Are you sure you're alright, Y/n?" Nancy said, with a worried expression.  "Yes, I'm fine, where's Henry?" "I think he left after we got here, he's the one who called us over." She responded
I felt somewhat guilty of him leaving, but he lied to me, about himself.
"So... I'm assuming talking to him didn't go over so well?" She asked
"Don't bring up 'H' right now, Nance!" Robin sneered gesturing a shushing sign, over her own lips. "Right, sorry y/n." She hugged you tightly. "Should we go find Henry?" "Maybe he's just clearing his head, I'm sure he'd come back soon, where else would he stay?" Nancy said as she circled your hand with her thumb, giving you a reassuring smile.
You poke at your paper plate of food, it had some chicken tenders, french fries, and some ketchup packets aside the food. Suddenly you break the silence,
"I think I've messed up everything." You sigh. "Y/n, you didn't do anything wrong!" Nancy assured you, once more. "Yeah, just because he's a jackass liar doesn't mean you did something wrong, Y/n." Robin said, her vein practically popping out of her neck, out of anger. "Ugh." You groan, collapsing on your back, and onto your bed. "Hand me that pillow, will ya'?" You asked, pointing at the pink cased pillow. Nancy hands you the pillow, and you scream into it loudly, it was muffled. "Let it all out, girlie." Robin patted your shoulder. "Now that you're even calmer, I think you should get some actual rest, aside from the fainting accident, Y/n." Nancy said, in a motherly tone. "But I just slept, technically!" You groaned. "Tsk, tsk, tsk." Nancy waved her finger. She wouldn't budge. "Fine." "Good girl." Nancy said, patting your head. "Me, and Robin are going to head out, stay safe!" They said as they hugged you tighly. "Sleep well!" Robin shounted as they headed to the doorway. "Bye!" You said sloppily.

It was 2 in the morning, you heard a commotion from your bathroom, "Shit!" Someone whisper yelled from the direction.
"Henry?" You said, sitting up and rubbing your eyes, sleepily. "Sorry, I didn't mean to wake you." He said, a tired look plastered on his face. "It's okay." You said. "Where were you?" "I was worried." You said, concerned. "Why were you worried?" "I just lie to you." He said.
You pat the bed, motioning for him to sit himself next to you.
"I'm so sorry for everything," he says. He places his hand over your heart.
Your heart is thumping louder than it ever has before. It might explode.
"I do like you, so much, you know that," he says.
"I-" you hesitate, "I know."
He kisses you and you know for certain that this is real.
It's all completely beautiful.
Henry is beautiful.
The two of you together is beautiful.
He pulls away, "Let me explain," he pleads. "Go on," you cross your arms. "I was planning on telling you, someday." "But I didn't know you already knew about Brenner, and Eleven having special abilities, too," he said. "I spoke to Mike, that's why I left earlier this evening, and you looked super agitated, and I assumed you wanted me to leave." he explained.
You cupped his face, "I'm sorry."
"Why?" He asked.
"For all those mean things I said earlier," you frowned. "Don't apologize, love." He said.
"I should have told you everything, and not have waited this long."
You interrupted, "Are we.." "-'A thing'?" You asked, anxiously fiddling with your fingers.
"Do you want to be?" He smiled.
"I'd like that," you smiled in return.
"So would I." He grinned.
"It's late, we should sleep." "We have school tomorrow," he sighed.
"Yes," you agreed

You sigh in relief, as if a huge boulder was lifted off of your shoulders.
The boy who you know cares about you very much, is still staring at you.
"Henry?"
"Yes?"
"We should sleep," you smiled.
"Right," he smiled in return.
He lightly kissed the bridge of your nose, lifting the comforter and covering the two of you, both of you shortly falling asleep.
