Game Set Match

"So Jake's plan to get Marley is already working?" Kitty asks me.

"How do you know Jake planned that?" I raise my eyebrows.

"I ain't dumb and I know Puckerman." Kitty says and walks away.

I let out a sigh and kept walking down the hallway until I saw Jake and Ryder fighting in the hall in front of Marley.

I run to them and take Jake's body holding him as Finn stops them and yells at them. Jake is still trying to beat him but I keep holding him back.

"Hey, hey, cut it out. Stop. Come on, stop, stop it. Stop. Cut it out. Come on." Finn yelled at them.

"I persuade you to stop fighting immediately." Tina stops them.

"Freeze bitches." Becky shows us her plastic gun.

"Thanks Becky, both you guys. Glee club, twenty minutes." Finn says to us and walks away.

I leave Jake's body but Jake and Ryder still glare at each other and almost punch each other. I take his hand then walk away dragging him away from them.

"Why didn't you tell me he called you a slut?" Jake asks me.

"I didn't want to." I shake my head.

"Why? He called my twin sister a slut when he knew nothing about you! I'm mad at him not only because of Marley but also because of the things he said to you!" Jake frowns at me.

"I don't want you to get in trouble again, okay. Just please it's over." I said to Jake. "Who told you about that by the way?"

"Marley accidentally spilled when we were talking." Jake sighs.

"Marley was there and he still didn't apologize to me so I guess that I won't talk to him anymore." I said to Jake.

"I'm sorry, I was upset. I don't care if someone mocks me but he calls you something that you aren't." Jake says to me.

"Jake, enough. The reason why I didn't want to tell you is because of this. I was afraid you would fight him and oh wait that just happened." I said to Jake.

"Do you care about me or him?" Jake asks me.

"Of course you. I don't want mom to transfer us to another school next year if we can't be good. So instead of letting you get into trouble I decided to keep it to myself." I smile at Jake.

"You are really cool." Jake smiles back at me and opens his locker. "So will you be wearing a superhero costume?" Jake asks me.

"No, I don't know what it is supposed to be." I shake my head.

"Good, because I don't know either." Jake simply said. "And Ryder will be going out with Marley this Friday." Jake puts his books in his locker then shuts his locker.

"Stop it. We can have the best Friday night ever. Besides, next week is Thanksgiving and sectionals." I grin at Jake.

"Yeah you are right. So let's grab some movies and make popcorn and we can watch the movies all night." Jake put his arm around my shoulder as we walked together.

"Yep, totally. You won't be alone with me." I chuckle.

We start walking down the hallways and laugh at each other until we turn our way to the choir room where everyone is wearing their superhero alter ego costume and joining that superhero club that I don't understand.

I walked to a seat and sat down in the back row next to Joe and next to Joe was that Ryder guy. I don't understand what he is doing here.

"Okay guys, sit down. We got a lot of work to do today." Finn says to us but nobody listens to him and keeps talking to each other. "No, seriously come on I mean it, sit down." Finn says and the others finally sit down. "Okay, so the first order of business today is welcome to the newest members of glee club Ryder and Kitty." Finn points to Kitty and Ryder.

I just sat there quietly and let out a sigh. I don't mind Kitty being here since I'm now officially a team with her and she is my home girl but Ryder? Hell no!

"Wait, don't we all get to vote on her or something?" Tina asks Finn.

"Well Tina, Kitty was fantastic in Grease." Finn says to Tina.

"In spite of my god awful part." Kitty says proudly.

"Besides, we are under the gun. We have to go to sectionals next week and we need at least twelve members to compete." Finn says.

"Oh, well then just call Santana back from Kentucky again cause apparently she's better than anyone who is actually enrolled here." Tina protests.

"Look Tina not now." Finn exhales. "Uh look, where was I? Sectionals, yes. Here's the game plan." Finn walks to the white board about to write something but he doesn't find the marker. "Uh, the theme is Foreigner. We are going to sing songs by Foreigner in foreign languages, wearing all the costumes of the world's nations." Finn says to us.

"Wait seriously, that's your idea?" Artie asks Finn.

"Yeah." Finn nodded and grins at us.

"Finn, times have changed. We are national champions now which means we have to exceed all expectations, so that's your best idea. I-I don't think we stand a chance." Blaine says and stands up from his seat about to walk off.

"Wait, where are you going?" Finn asks Blaine.

"I'm going to get our trophy back from the Warblers. The one you haven't even noticed is missing." Blaine simply said and walked away.

I turn my face to the trophy case and yes the biggest trophy is missing. Finn looks pissed off and I guess he doesn't know what to do.

The bell rings.

Everyone just half-smiles then walks off from the choir room. I stand up from my seat and walk out from the choir room.

"I need you to come with me to the mall today." Kitty suddenly takes my hand.

"But buy me frozen yogurt and drive me home." I raise my eyebrows at her.

"Ugh sure." Kitty rolls her eyes as we are walking together.

I walk to my locker and take my makeup bag from my locker putting on my lip gloss looking at myself in my mirror.

Yes Kitty is my home girl but sometimes I don't like her and I don't trust her. Sometimes she is kinda easy going once we go out.

"Come on." I said to her and shut my locker.

We then started to walk down the hallway together. Yeah I became one of the popular kids here now since I joined the cheerios, nobody mocks me except Ryder. Well, I got a little benefit here actually but I still don't want to be friends with Bobby and Phil since they made fun of Jake and I many times.
