My flu has gotten a little better because of the soup my mom gave me last night, and today I am ready for my diva assignment. I already picked out the song and a costume that I'm gonna wear for the assignment and last but not least a backup singer.
"Alright everyone, starting off Blaine has something to show to us right now." Finn says to us.
I just raised my eyebrows as Ryder was sitting down next to me, putting his hand on my chair. Blaine walked to the front and he was dressed like Freddy Mercury. He sat down in front of the piano and started playing it and singing.
Blaine ended his song with applause and whooping from the others. I was applauding for him and it was good actually but I can easily beat him with my high notes and dance moves.
"Wow that was amazing Blaine." Ms. Pillsbury smiles at Blaine.
"Thank you, thank you." Blaine smiles back at us.
"Alright so...." Finn stood up from his seat and walked to the front.
"Finn, if I may?" I cut him off and raised my hand.
"Yes Jo?" Finn asks me.
"I have something to show you guys, that I myself have a big inner diva inside me." I stood up from my seat.
"But you are sick." Ryder says to me.
"No, I'm not. The flu is gone. Can I show you something?" I ask Finn.
"Sure." Finn nodded.
"Give me five minutes to bring my things." I said to them, walking out of the choir room.
5 Minutes Later
I was standing in front of the others in the choir room, standing behind the microphone with five cheerios behind me for backup singing and doing the choreography. I'm wearing Beyoncé's costume like in the Love On Top music video, black top with black stockings, sneakers and a cop hat.
"If I'm not mistaken, that's Beyoncé's outfit in the Love On Top music video." Unique says to me.
"Yes, that's right. I'm gonna prove to you guys that black is the real diva, and I have my inner diva inside because I'm black. Look at Beyoncé, Rihanna and Alicia Keys, they are the divas and I'm gonna be the next one." I grin at them and point to the band as they started playing the music and I started doing the choreography.
