Game Set Match

I walked down the hallway wearing my cheerios uniform and jacket with my backpack on my back. I am just walking and see some jocks are smirking at me and I guess they are hoping for me to ask them to the Sadie Hawkins dance but no. I won't ask anyone.

"So who will you ask to the Sadie Hawkins dance?" Kitty suddenly walks next to me and crosses her arm around my elbow.

"Nobody." I simply said.

"Really? Oh come on, Jo look at those boys, they are crazy about you especially since you are the co-captain of cheerios and please thank me later." Kitty smirks at me.

"Well, there is one person that I really want to ask actually." I said to her.

"Who is that?" Kitty asks curiously.

"Robert Downy Jr." I smirk at her and enter the geography classroom for glee club.

"Keep on living in your stupid fantasy, Jo." Kitty rolls her eyes.

"I will." I simply said and placed my backpack on a table.

"Alright, girls let's make your choice!" Finn smiles at us.

"Jake!" Marley suddenly shouts at the end of the song then chuckles. "I mean, I mean Jake, would you like to go to the Sadie Hawkins dance with me?" Marley says and kneels down on her knees in front of Jake.

"Yes. Yes, I would." Jake smiles at her.

I am just smiling and giving him a thumbs up while nodding at him. Such a good choice to be a better man.

"Okay, uh, anyone else?" Finn asks us.

"Sam?" Brittany called Sam and walked closer to him.

"Mm-hmm?" Sam raises his eyebrows.

"Will you go to the Sadie Hawkins dance with me?" Brittany asks Sam.

"Honor it will be." Sam makes an impression.

"Thank you." Brittany smiles at Sam as they both share a kiss.

"Okay, anyone else? We still have four girls left." Finn says to us.

Tina already asked Blaine yesterday if they will go together and she just turned towards Kitty, Sugar, Unique and I. I am just shaking my head crossing my arms over my chest. I guess I'm not going to ask anybody.

The bell rings.

I take my backpack and walk out of the classroom. It sucks when glee club isn't back to normal. It's like we lost everything here and I lost my appetite.

"Jo, Jo, you sure you don't want to ask any guy from glee club?" Marley suddenly walks next to me.

"No, if one of them is Robert Downy Jr. Well I would maybe, but no." I shake my head and chuckle.

"But why? You told me that you spent New Years Eve with Ryder right?" Marley raises her eyebrows at me.

"Yeah but he blew it." I simply said.

"Because he kissed you?" Marley frowns at me.

"How many people has he told about this?" I frown.

"Look, you convinced me to ask your brother to the Sadie Hawkins dance and now I am convincing you to ask Ryder to the Sadie Hawkins dance. It's a win-win for everyone just do it Jo." Marley says to me.

"Marley, I..."

"I have a class now, I'll see you around. Just think about it." Marley waves me a goodbye and walks away.

I let out a sigh and headed towards my locker. I don't want to ask anyone to the dance, if Sugar and Unique want to go alone I sure can go alone as well but I convinced Marley to ask Jake and she really did it. Oh God!
