I Think We're Alone Now

"Can I kiss you?"

Those words rang through Eddie's ears, blood quickly rushing to his face. He had to play it cool, though. "Of course you can," He said and smiled, but as he went in for the kiss, Eddie put his pointer finger over Steve's lips. He opened his eyes and looked at Eddie confused. "But....after take you on a date." He smiled and laughed, and this earned a sigh from Steve.

"Guess we better get goin then, huh" Steve smirked and started driving. They ended up at a pizza place in the middle of town that had a liquor store next to it. Steve went in to grab an entire pizza while Eddie went to get beer. When Steve got back to the car, the other boy was in the passenger seat smiling.

"Get in pretty boy. I told you. I'm taking YOU on a date." He turned the radio all the way up, tapping his left hand on the top of the steering wheel as he drove. He slid his hand over to Steve's thigh. Eddie felt him tense up, but he shortly after relaxed into his touch. He creeped his hand up further to the inside of Steve's leg directly below his crotch.

"E-eddie um... where are we going?" Steve asked, cursing himself for already feeling a pressure start to grow in his jeans. He hoped it would go unnoticed.

"Just somewhere popularized by this dickhead jock. I think his name is Steve Harrington?" He said smirking, eyes still on the road.

"Are you taking me to skull rock?" he asked, his voice audibly shaking. They pulled up to a redlight and Eddie took a moment to look over at Steve. His eyes flicked from his face to the bulge in his pants and he began driving again.

"I am. You excited?" He smirked, "I can tell," He placed his hand over the bulge in Steve's pants, to which he instinctively bucked his hips.

"Eddie..." Steve bit his lip, not quite knowing what to say. Boy, Eddie was moving fast. Not that he minded, but he just never expected this to happen when Eddie asked him to hang out. Was this his plan the whole time? Just to get into his pants and then discard him? Steve placed his hand over Eddie's and moved it back down to his thigh.

He flashed a concerned look to Steve as he pulled into a small parking lot. "I'm sorry I thought you-" Steve cut him off with a passionate kiss. They two boys ran their hands all over each other- up their shirts, in their hair, hungrily tugging at clothing items though the two were still in the car.

Their make-out session was abruptly stopped by laughing from the woods. Two girls, holding hands, came out of the trees from the direction of Skull Rock. "Have fun," One of them said and winked, "It's all yours."

Steve giggled and the two of them jumped out of the car, grabbing their pizza and beer. The walk to skull rock was short, neither of them speaking a word, just blushes and shared glaces the whole way there.

They sat under the opening of the rock, Steve leaning his head on Eddie's shoulder as they both ate. "So that whole thing back there... I loved it, don't get me wrong.." Eddie started, "But I want to wait to um..I just need you to know that's not all I want from you." He held Steve close with his free hand.

"I'm kinda glad you said that, I was thinking something similar." They shared a glance that neither of them have experienced before. Pure, unadulterated love. The mutual feelings that had for each other sprung free into the air, creating an energy that was so overwhelming that all they could do was hold each other, neither wanting to say anything to ruin this moment. So they sat and ate and drank, each of them taking in the feeling of being so close to the other. That feeling of content was plenty enough for now.
