Björn tells them about Kwentrith's son and the destroyed settlement, and while all others go against Ragnar and his decision to keep it a secret, Ivar defends him.
"If he ever came back, I would kill him" Hvitserk presses out between his teeth.
You share a glance with Ivar, but before you can reply, he holds your hand down and turns his head. "He never did anything wrong. If he had told them, they would have killed him, or want revenge, and-"
"More people would have died" you contribute.
Sigurd shakes his head at you, but you smile. "Ivar is right, and neither of you would ever dare to kill him, not even you, Björn" With those words, you rise from your spot, saddle the horse and ride off, back to Kattegat.
