Dev and Siddharth bid bye and went to their respective work places. Dev straightly went to his DCP office. Everyone wished him. He immediately went to his room. He called his assistants. And asked them to get ready for a meeting.
All the officers were seated in the meeting hall. There were some commotion. Few officers know about him so they were in fear state but many were sitting casually.
Officer 1 : Yaaro pudhu DCP vandhu irukaanga ungaluku edachum theiryuma??
Officer 2: Ipo edhuku indha meeting???
Officer 3 : Who knows?
ACP(Tara appa) : They will just address about himself illana ipdi seinga apdi seinga sollitu dharalama poiduvaanga. No one cares about this society and people.
Officer 2 : Leave it Sir. He is our higher official naama enna seiya mudiyum.
Officer 1 : We need to do whatever he say
Few officers dont no anything about him whether he is good one...will he support his people or will he leave them like other officers do. On the other side some were thinking how to make him fall for their trap. Because they wont abide any rules they do illegal activities by putting a mask on their face as police. They were expecting their new officer should be also like them.
Aditya Dev entered the meeting room like a king. His face is as fierce as lion. Everyone's jaw dropped. Most of the officers were at the age of 40's and 50's they stood up and gave respect to him. Because of his (family) and his position. He came to his seat everyone saluted him. He too responded back.
Officers : Good morning Sir!!
Aditya : Very Good morning officers, By the way I am Aditya Dev new DCP.
Officer 4 : Sir we really felt happy to welcome you as our DCP. If you want any help we there to assist you sir.
Aditya : I am feeling blessed. Thank you Sir!!
ACP : Sir Why are you calling us as Sir
Aditya : I am giving respect to your position and age sir.
Awestruck admiration showed on their face. Eventhough he is the highest police officer. He is showing respect to everyone. They thought that he will show his big attitude and ego towards them. But he proved them wrong.
ACP mv : Romba nalla paiyana dhaan irukaan. Ivanayae en tara ku ok pannita nalla irukum
Aditya : Ok Officers we will get back to work.
The meeting was dispersed. He asked everyone to go back to the work. He had three assistants to help him. One is Tara appa, another is Raj and Bala. He asked Raj and Bala to prepare a report of the officers who are all working under him. He asked the ACP to change into mufti. He too changed. And they both goes across the city to check on offenses like crimes....etc.

Tara's eyes started to get wet because its her favourite scooty she bought on her own. It is missing. She started to get tense. She asked everyone who were at that place. They all nodded no. She thought of calling her dad. He received the call. Told her not to panick as he is coming there. She was sitting in her house. The workers pacified her. She was still in a dull mood.
