Adi parked the car a little distance away from the college gate, as usual, respecting Tara's request not to drop her too close. She didn't want her friends to start asking questions about her personal life, especially since no one knew about her marriage yet.

As Tara unbuckled her seatbelt, she turned to see Adi watching her with a warm smile.

Adi (teasingly): Face romba happya theridhu....college exciting aayiducha......

Tara (smiling shyly): Exciting nu illa ipolam veetuku late a pora tension after all neenga dhana ennoda personal driver........

Adi (with a playful smirk): Personal driver, huh? Nee apadi paakura maari irundha na ipo fee charge panna start pannanum.

Tara (laughing): Oh, apdiya....ena madhiri fee ??????

Adi (grinning): Naan decide pannumbodhu soldren Aaana ipo varaikum nee enna epovenumnalum kupdalam. Late a irundhalum paravala.

There was a pause, a slight tension in the air, as if something unsaid lingered between them. Tara blushed slightly at his words, feeling more connected to him than ever. She quickly gathered her things, not wanting to show how much his words affected her.

Tara (trying to hide her smile): seri seri iniku evening varaikum class iruku so evening vandhu pick up pannikonga.

Adi (seriously but with a hint of affection): Nee gnabagama paduthanumnu avasiyam illa.....na maraka maaten......

Tara waved as she walked towards the college entrance, her heart fluttering at the small but significant exchange. Adi watched her walk away, unable to tear his eyes from her, realizing just how much he had started to care for her.

Meanwhile, Nithya was beginning to grow frustrated. It has been two days since Adi had spent any real time with her. His attention had shifted almost completely toward Tara, and she wasn't happy about it.

Sitting in the living room at Adi's house, she picked up her phone and sent him a message about dinner.

She waited for a reply, but none came. Fifteen minutes passed. Then half an hour. Still no response. She frowned, tossing the phone onto the couch, growing impatient.

Nithya (to herself): I need to find a way to get him away from her. Maybe if I show up at the bakery...

She started formulating a plan. Tara's growing closeness with Adi was a problem she needed to solve. If she could create some tension between them, maybe things would go back to the way they used to be.

Later that evening, Tara was finishing up at the bakery when Adi arrived, right on time as always. Shakti noticed him standing by the counter, casually leaning against it with his hands in his pockets.

Shakti (teasingly): Ah, namma hardworking princess-a rescue panna inga namma knight in shining armor vandhachu......

Adi (grinning): Knight ah? Adhukku free cake kooda varuma?

Tara rolled her eyes but couldn't hide her smile as she finished icing a small cake.

Tara (playfully): "Well, this one's for you. I made it special, just for my 'knight.'"

Adi raised an eyebrow, genuinely surprised. He took the small cake box from her, his fingers brushing hers for a moment. The brief contact made both of them pause, but neither said anything.
