Tara took a sip of the coffee, warming her from the inside out. As Adi disappeared into the bathroom, she let her gaze wander around the room, a stark contrast to the vibrant chaos of her own. Neat stacks of books lined the shelves, their titles hinting at Adi's interests in economics and history. A framed certificate on the wall celebrated his academic achievements, a testament to his dedication.

Tara is casually glancing around the room. Tara remembers something Seema told her while making coffee

Tara: (thinking to herself) Seema said Adi likes everything clean. That's why he has everything so perfectly placed.

Tara's room was messy. Her clothes were everywhere. She didn't like to fold them. She would put them on a chair. If she sat on the chair, the clothes would fall on the bed. If she went to sleep then the clothes will be in the chair. A never ending cycle. She was not careful. Adi was different. His room was always clean.

Adi emerges from the bathroom. He was toweling his hair, his damp t-shirt clinging to his broad frame. Tara, seeing him her cheeks flushing a delicious shade of pink.

Tara(smiling) : Your room is very clean. Mine is a complete mess. Even though we have a maid at home, my room is always a disaster.

Adi: (laughing) I have OCD. Everything has to be in order. I can't stand even a little mess.

Tara: (thinking to herself) Aiyo apo namma room la paatha ayya tension aayiduvaru polayae.

Adi, sensing a change in Tara's demeanor, raised an eyebrow.

Adi : Enna aachu, edavudhu problem?

Tara snapped out of her thoughts, a nervous laugh escaping her lips.

Tara : Illa illa adhu ennoda room romba messy and clothes a irukum ungalodadhu compare panna. I wont even fold my clothes just chair la potruven. Naama mostly chair use pannamaatom velai iurndhuchuna chair la ukandhu seiven but most of the time my clothes will occupy the place.

Adi chuckled, a warm smile spreading across his face.

Adi : Paravala ellarukum oru style irukum, ellarum ore maadhirium irukamaataanga, Konjam confusion irundhalum paravala. I will adjusst......a little.

Tara felt a wave of relief wash over her.

Tara : Really, Na konjam careful a iruka try pandren. Although Im not a clumsy person.

Adi leaned back against the wall, his eyes twinkling with amusement.

Adi : Nee clumsy nu na sollala tara, but maybe you are disorganized in keeping clothes thatsall. And honestly, I kind of like that you're not afraid to be yourself.

Tara's mind raced. If her mother was here instead of Adi, she would have given her a lecture about her messy room.

Radha : Tara room en ipdi alangolama vachiruka, puyal adicha maari iruka, nee chair la okaariyo illayo thuni dhaan iruku,,,,, pora veetla yum indha maari panitrukadha.......

Tara : Adhulam apo paathukalam

Adi snapped at her from the dream. Tara felt a blush creeping up her cheeks. She hadn't expected him to be so understanding. "Thanks, Adi," she murmured, her voice barely audible.

There was a comfortable silence between them for a moment, the only sound the gentle ticking of the clock on the nightstand. Tara's mind raced. She wanted to share her passion for baking, but the thought of asking for permission made her hesitant. She took a deep breath, finally breaking the silence.
