MOR
- demon of nightmares/haunting
____"You're a raven, right?"
I nod at Rhys as he looks at me blankly.
"So when you go in human form, does your intelligence stay as small as a raven? Because you act like it-."
"Hey."
I hear Arryn sneer at Rhys, but I snicker at his insult.
"I'll have you know that raven's are actually very intelligent. Pigeons are as well, it's just a misconception that they are stupid, duh!" I say proudly.
That only made Rhys roll his eyes as he went back to eating. I glance over at Arryn who nodded at my words.
"That's true. What a good way to go about it? Your positivity is amazing." He murmurs, and I wave my hand.
"Nah!"
"Don't deny it!" Lucien exclaims, pointing at me. "You have always been a breath of fresh air. Making others happy and caring so much despite what you do as a demon. You make me wonder if I should find more demons-."
"Definitely not." Erebus interrupts him, only to glare at me. "Mor can barely haunt anybody without getting too absorbed in the nightmare. He is as useless of a demon as it gets."
I look away, only to hear Arryn's hand slam on the table. Rhys instantly holding the top of the table up as the leg broke.
"Why do you have to be so rude to him?" Arryn questions him.
"Oh, it's fine," I say, causing Arryn to glance over at me, "He has been treating me this way even before you were born. It's just our relationship. He makes fun of me, I laugh it off or defend sometimes. It's a really good relationship."
"Sounds toxic to me and unnecessary." Arryn shook his head, standing up as he grabbed his plate that was still half full. "I'm eating on the roof."
Instantly, he walked out and we saw his wings appear as he flew up. I smiled awkwardly as Rhys and Erebus both glared at me.
"What?"
"You made him angry." Rhys snaps.
"I didn't make him upset at all! He doesn't like when you guys are mean to me, and I tell him he doesn't need to get mad for my sake. I'm okay with how rude you both are." I say to them both. "I don't know why he gets so upset for me."
I saw Lucien look away fast, Erebus rolling his eyes again while Rhys just looked at me like I was an idiot. I don't know what the funky looks were for, but I was still confused as to why.
I'm still not good when it comes to emotions and peoples expressions. Because in Hell there's pretty much three main emotions: anger, fury, and sadness.
Rhys and Erebus are always angry, but in a good way...if that makes sense. It's not the bad anger...most of the time.
"I'll talk to him." I offer, causing Erebus to glare at me until Lucien nods fast.
"Go for it! Please, do." He said really fast and I gasp.
Was this something he wanted? Because if it was...
"I'll do it!" I stood up, rushing out of the kitchen. I go outside and let me wings come out for a moment, going onto the roof.
When I do, I saw Arryn looking at the sky. Only to look over at me and sigh.
"Did my mom tell you to come up here?"
"No, of course not." I lie, and he just looks at me. "Do you believe me?"
