THE NEXT MORNING, ME AND EDDIE PAID A VISIT TO OL' RICK'S HOUSE.

It was just an ordinary house, left untouched since Rick's been in jail.
That meant only one thing;

Food.

The group brought us food and drinks of course but, we're humans. We eat.
And one of us is Eddie so... it was all over soon.

That's when Eddie had this marvelous idea, of us going into Reefer buddy's house, and search for anything edible.

And that's what we did.

Eddie immediately started searching the cupboards for anything and everything, while I closed the door and pulled the curtains closed.

"You find anything?" I asked, taking a peek outside.

"Nope." He closed a squeaky cabinet.

I let out a huff of air as I looked around.

Rick's got a nice place after all.

Not at all what I thought it would be like.

I sat on an armchair in his small, cozy living room, resting my head back and closing my eyes, desperately trying to relax after everything that has happened over the last few days.

Then Eddie's voice interrupted my peace and quiet.

"Yeah." He snorted. "You'll do." He closed another squeaky cabinet and turned towards me, doing jazz hands at a small macaroni can.

"Well done, my knight in the shining denim. We shall eat." I mocked making him let out a laugh.

"You're welcome, my princess." He said bowing slightly.

My stomach did freaking flips at the nickname.

Fucking nicknames.

Then I stood up from the leather chair, and approached Eddie, watching him open the can and purring the macaronis into a small saucepan.

"You know how to cook?" I asked, climbing onto the kitchen island, making him gasp dramatically.

"You're offending me, Miss Black!" He said, making me raise an eyebrow, at the mention of my last name.

He laughed at my expression and turned on the gas cooker, after placing the saucepan on it.

I studied his actions carefully as, despite the many years knowing him, I've never seen him cook before.
