Chapter 9: Voids...

Meanwhile in Dreamscape...

Chase's POV:
I'm slowly getting even better now that I'm a few kilometers away to get back in my world alive and see everyone again! At this point,we got a Nebula cloud with my thoughts and the Pear-shaped star...hmm,I wonder what the Pear tasted like? oh well,can't spoil myself at the surprise. As I was walking for like hours now,I felt as my legs were not as tired as it was before and that gave me a relief,I needed energy to keep on going. Huh... Constellation Skye has been very quiet today ... I wonder what's going on with her?"

Constellation Skye's POV:
*sighs* what is going on with me? I mean,I like Chase,but he already has a girlfriend back in his world. And you can't have a relationship with someone who was stuck in the real world... I don't know why I don't have this feeling with the Constellation Chase,but I guess it's because we're just not meant to be... when I look at him,my non-existent heart pounds very quickly,and my non-colored face just turns red...does this means I have a crush on this Chase?! NO! I CAN'T! I MUST NOT! by having a crush on him,I'm failing my duty to watch over him,and it means I'm destroying his trust! That also means that I'm destroying his relationship with my real self! Come on,Constellation Skye...please don't fall in love with him...you're going to ruin his trust... All these thoughts have been making me quiet for five whole minutes until Chase spoke up and said "Hey Constellation Skye! Are you ok?" Oh gosh...I have to stay calm... I thought to myself and responded with "Yeah,I'm ok...",but when I looked at him again,those feelings came back and I can't help it,but I think I just flustered! Oh no,Constellation Skye! you're only helping him get back in the real world,not fall in love with him! *sighs* you can do this...just one more ingredient and you can finally get him out of here,then you can finally stop falling for him...but that means I'll never see him up close again...I'll miss hi- NO! NOT NOW...UGH!!!

Chase's POV:
Huh...I wonder why she's looking away from me? is she blushing? I thought to myself and tried to focus on walking,but it seems like Constellation Skye is getting flustered at the moment... What is going on with her? is she literally daydreaming of Constellation Chase right now? I thought. "Hey Constellation Skye...you've been quiet for like minutes now,is there something bothering you?" I said. "Oh uh...no...but our next destination will take us a while to get there" Constellation Skye said. "Oh ok" I responded and we continued walking

5 minutes later...

we finally made it in our destination...it's as how she described it: full of black holes...and some of these are accessible. Constellation Skye took something out of her bag and put out a long rod with a black,glowing hook at its end. "We can use this to pluck out one of these black holes" she said and carefully walked around the black holes. One mistake and you might find yourself in a grave situation...

Constellation Skye's POV:
Come on me...focus! If you fell in one of these,you might never come back...this should be easy,I mean you just need to get one small particle of a black hole and you're outta here. I can see Chase following up on me and out of nowhere,I started to feel nauseous as I felt someone is watching us...someone not a constellation person...I can't help it...I fell on the ground and I can't move... "CONSTELLATION SKYE!!! GET UP!!!" Chase said as he quickly ran to my location without concern of his safety. He placed me somewhere far from the black holes until my vision fades to black... what's going on with me? The only thing that can make me faint is- A VOID! A VOID CREATURE IS AFTER US! please Chase...be safe!

Chase's POV:
Oh no...Constellation Skye fainted...well,atleast I left her somewhere far from these black holes...and it looks like I'll get one myself...I took Constellation Skye's bag and hole catcher. Carefully,I put it in one of the holes and- "Oh boy!" I said as the black hole is constantly trying to drag me in with its pull. I pulled with all my strength using my mouth,and successfully got it! But uh oh,I have to get it in the bag with the other stuffs before it goes away... "There" I said and zipped the bag shut. "Whew...I did it,Constellation Skye,now all we need to do is go to the fountain and I can go back now!" I said but then noticed that she's still unconscious... "Constellation Skye! Wake up!" I yelled as I tried tugging her until she finally opened her eyes and felt dizzy.

Constellation Skye's POV:
Ugh...my head...so far,the only thing that can make us faint is a Void counterpart...I'm glad it didn't noticed Chase and tried to kidnap him. "Chase...you did it...now we can go to the fountain-" I said as I tried to stand up but quickly lose my balance. "Hey,it's ok,just don't move for a while. What happened to you back there anyway? And that reminds me of a question...who ARE the Voids?" Chase said. I don't know how should I answer this because if he finds out he has a negative self,he will get in much trouble... "Well...the Voids...they're-" I said but was interrupted by a mysterious dark thing in the distance... It looked exactly like Chase,but he's dark and glowing purple,and by the look of his eyes,I already knew who he is...Void Chase... Oh my god... He's here...

Void Chase's POV:
Ugh...that disgusting cockapoo..."Look what we have here...the cockapoo of stars...and the Chase...THE REAL CHASE!" I yelled. "Leave us alone,Void Chase..." she countered. I decided to ignore her and glared at Chase,who quickly shivered down his spine. "Chase...I am you...your past mistakes...we are known as the Voids..." I said. "Voids?" Chase said. "Oh,right...this guardian of yours never told you about me..." I said as I glared at Constellation Skye,while she glared back at me. "If there is one thing you never know about us...is that we can see what your next mistake will be...hehehe" I said as Chase started to gulp. "And if there's one thing you never know about Constellations...they have...their own will,and can make any decisions for themselves,even if it's against yours!" I said and Constellation Skye scoffed. "That's not true! We respect every decision our perspective people has!" She yelled,trying to bluff Chase,but it only gave her the worse,because I know exactly what her feelings are. So I turned back to Chase,and said "Want me to prove you?" and he was standing still,but took it as a "yes". "Fine...your so-called guardian angel...has feelings for you...and she even wished that you never return in your world,so she can be...with...you..." I said and Chase felt devastated. "Don't you see,Chase? She loves you...even though you have your own...she is CLEARLY stealing you from your Skye! She and your Skye may be the same,but there's a huge difference with a real thing,and a Constellation thing..." I continued and suddenly I felt something hard hit my head and I fell on the ground,where I saw Constellation Skye hit me with her bag.

No one's POV:
Constellation Skye: Chase! Let's go!

Chase: *follows after*

Void Chase: ...hehe...I know what will happen next...and by the time this plan works...I'll make sure that he'll never get back...that he'll end up hurting not only his girlfriend and his loved ones,but also himself...MUAHAHAHAHA!!!
