Sk also mentioned that you can buy a training dummy. It helps you to see and improve your combat skills without asking for anyone else to do so. You can customize or make it look just like you. You can change the battle mode into offense or defense depending on which one you want to train. Once the dummy is defeated, it disappears into thin air.
