After the library incident with Bellamy, he was called in by my father for a side job. Klaus filled in while Bellamy was away.

The car ride home was quiet, I sat in the back as Klaus drove us home. My heart was pounding loud, so much so that I thought Klaus could hear it. "Hey, Klaus-." I was hesitant to ask him a question that has been weighing my heart down.

Klaus didn't remove his eyes from the road "what is it, young master?" Now and then Klaus got formal as he focused on a job, I told him many times before to just call me by name— especially since he practically raised me. Being referred to as young master always made me uncomfortable.

Though the name he addressed me by didn't matter at the moment, I didn't correct him. I glanced at my hands as I played with my fingers out of nervousness "Well um what do you do if you like someone?" I asked in a hesitant voice.

"Do you like Bellamy?" He looked at me through the review mirror. I avoided looking up "I'm not so sure if I do... maybe? Yeah kinda, Please don't tell Marlin. He'll only send Bellamy away if he knew." I leaned forward as I spoke.

"Mmm, I won't tell him. I was afraid you'd catch feelings again, Bellamy is a trained killer-." Klaus began before I interrupted him, "So am I! Though I never actually killed anyone before... but I am!"

"Adrian, Marlin has protected you from the mafia world the best he could, it was your mother's wish for you to live a normal life. He even created a company to protect you from suspicious eyes—"

"I guess but that doesn't mean I can't be with him right?" I asked. Klaus was silent, which made me anxious. "Marlin won't approve." He finally said.

I felt my heart drop. Of course. "I don't want to see you hurt again, do you even know who Bellamy is? How much do you know about him, who he really is?" He questioned.

I didn't know Bellamy as well as I could've, I had been the one doing most of the talking since Bellamy asked the questions. I knew about his family and that he was an orphan, I also know about his dream of being an artist, he was bad at school- but that's all I knew. There was more to learn about him.

I wondered how he felt about me too. "After these six months Bellamy won't be working as your bodyguard anymore, he'd go back to his usual work and you'd have no contact with him" That were Klaus' final words ending the conversation.

He was right Bellamy wouldn't be around much longer, he had about three months left— three months is enough time to get him to fall for me. Whatever obstacles headed my way- bring it on.

I rolled around Bellamy's bed waiting for his return, he'd been out for hours doing the stupid gig Marlin assigned him. How long would it take him? Hopefully, he's doing alright.

I glanced at my phone checking the time "2 am. Where is he? Fuckkk~ I miss him" I rolled into my stomach. I buried my face into his pillows, it smelled like him- everything smelled like him and it smelled nice.

His smell surrounded me, it almost felt like he was there embracing me in a hug. I imagined looking into his eyes as he spoke to me 'I love~' I squealed, hugging his pillow as I kicked my legs "that's too soon don't say it!"

A sudden bang hit the window causing my heart to jump, my view was blocked by the long curtain. I sat up, leaning forward trying to catch a glimpse of what it was. Maybe a bird hit the window.

Wait is that a hand? My eyes widen as a hand began to slide the window open.

I nearly jumped out of my skin, I got up running to the window to force the widow closed to prevent the intruder from coming in. I relaxed when I saw Bellamy's face. Why was he coming in through his window? Why was there a stressed expression on his face?

I had a better look at his hand, which was covered in blood. I shoved the window open, moving out of his way as he collapsed into the room. "Bellamy! What happened? Is this your blood?!"

Bellamy sat up "most of it isn't mine." He spoke calmly. He covered his left side, right above his hip. There was blood seeping through his shirt. "Damn" he glanced down moving his hand before he took his shirt off, using it to put pressure on his side.

He had a large gush on his side where his shirt was. "What happened?" I stared at him with worry, I didn't know what to do, "I need a kit" I quickly turned to leave.

"Wait there's one in my closet." Bellamy responded quickly to stop me. I nodded as I walked to his closet door that was near his bathroom, as soon as I entered there was a kit on the rack. I grabbed it and hurried back to him.

Bellamy released a long stressed sigh "this is deeper than I thought, can you stitch it?" He groaned in pain. I put the kit down, I've never done any medical training for stuff like this, the only knowledge I had were tv shows that had scenes with the same predicament as now.

My hands were shaking as I put the string through the needle, what if I mess up? What if I make it worse?! "Adrian relax, it'll be fine" His eyes were focused on me.

I took a deep breath "so what happened? Was it the job Marlin had for you?" My voice shook as I began to stitch the cut, I almost felt like throwing up, while Bellamy on the other hand just stood still, no expression change, he didn't even flinch.

"Marlin wasn't the one who gave me this job. It was Klaus, he claimed it was from Marlin. I don't believe that- I had to eliminate some traders, when I got to the hideout it was like an ambush. He had stated there were only seven- there were twelve of them. And they knew I was coming" His voice became filled with anger.

I didn't think anything of his words it seemed like everything happened coincidentally. "There are more traders here. I'm sure of it, I suggest we stay together at night as well" he was serious.

I raised a brow. He was being paranoid, all the men that were stationed in the house were men that I've known since day one, they'd never betray us. I didn't combat his words, it was an opportunity for me to stay with him more.

"If you think it'll be better" I tried to respond with no emotion and care, even though on the inside I was thrilled.

I repeated the end stitch to tie it off. "All done" I snipped the stitch, and reached for the bandage to wrap around him. I looked back at Bellamy who was lost in thought.

He was thinking too much about who could or might be a trader. I began to wrap his side up, playing scenes from doctor shows, to wrap it right. I tucked in the end of the bandage "and.. done" I was proud of myself.

Bellamy didn't respond, his mind was still preoccupied. I frowned as I slowly moved onto his lap, careful not to touch nor bump his side. "What are you doing?" His attention was finally on me, "oh you finished?"

"I did" I placed my hands on the top of his shoulder "you should relax, you had a long night" My hand slid down his chest. I pushed him down on his back.

"Careful you're giving me false hope again" He placed one hand behind his head. "Maybe I'm not this time" I hovered over him, preventing our bodies from touching.

My knee was in between his legs. I looked at him with a lustful gaze, as I began to rub my knee against his crotch.

I leaned closer on top of him, careful not to put too much strain on his side. I pressed my lips against his.

They say the best way to a man's heart is through his stomach or his penis. Well, not many agree with the second way.
