A new generation of hunger games have started. President Song rules with an iron fist over the people of Panem.
At the end of the 92nd hunger games, Melody Song, the presidents runaway daughter stands as the lone victor. Her closest friend Ally Jane Port and her true love Killian Gold lay dead at her feet.
But as she is lifted to safety, her villianiss father, threatens her life. And as punishment for running away he cuts out her and Killian's (who is alive) tongues. He tortures AJ and her boyfriend Issac.
All hope seems lost as they are about to be lead to their deathes, when all of a sudden the capitol gets breached.
Katniss and Peeta Mellark, the old saviors of Panem, are there to rescue them.
It is time for a new rebellion. And Melody, AJ, Issac, and Killian are at the head of it.
