The morning came- Drista walked out into the courtyard the sun barely peaking over the cobblestone walls- she walked out and took a breath of fresh air and walked over to the garden- she looked at the flowers- she wasn't a huge fan of flowers but they were pretty to look at.

She looked at the roses for a minute- their deep red almost hypnotizing- but then she got bored, she stared for a few more seconds before she heard something rustle behind her, her head snapped over to the bushes behind her- her eyes squinted in that direction- she heard more rustling from the thick green branches, she walked lightly over to it, it rustled harshly- she conjured two daggers out of caution- she walked closer to the bush and pulled back a branch- it was a tiny black and white kitten huddled underneath the branches.

She furrowed her eyebrows in confusion, her daggers dissipated into the air- she cautiously reached her hand down into the bush and picked up the tiny kitten- it seemed alright- it was probably about a month old, she cradled it in her arms- as she looked for it's mother she didn't see it anywhere- "where's your mama?" she asked quietly as she stroked it gently- she smiled and kept petting it- it looked up at her with green eyes- and meowed gently- she smiled again.

"O ho ho- big bad goddess of mischief petting a baby kitten- how precious" Tommy taunted- Drista snapped her head up to meet Tommy's eyes- her gaze was hateful- she slowly conjured a green dagger in her left hand, "I swear to the gods- myself- if you ever tell anyone that I- smiled petting a kitten I will murder you" Drista threatened- her eyes glowing- Tommy's eyes widened though he didn't honestly believe her, but he knew she had the power, and that was slightly scary

"Ok-but just so you know I'm not- scared of you or anything- I just don't want to tell anyone-" Tommy said in a stutter, with a speckle of fear in his eye, Drista pulled her hand away and the dagger disappeared-, "sure- then we'll have no problems now will we" she smiled as she looked down at the cat then back at Tommy-

"No-" Tommy stuttered

"Good" Drista smiled- "now if you'll excuse me-" Drista said as she attempted to walk past Tommy- before she was abruptly stopped by a guard- "madam-" the guard said before he stopped talking due to Dristas confused gaze- "madam?" She asked almost in a threatening manner-

"Sir- sorry sir" the guard muttered a correction- and looked down at the ground then back at the goddess- "that's what I thought- what is it?" She asked still holding the tiny kitten in her arms she gently stroked the cat as she stood strongly in front of the guard-

"You've been summoned by a prisoner-" the guard said handing her a small letter- she took it and opened it- she scoffed and rolled her eyes- "fine I'll go see him" she said with annoyance as she handed the cat to the guard- he was utterly confused- "take him to Bad and have him look him over while I go see this idiot" she said as she started to walk away.

"Um- um-" the guard stuttered- she turned on her heel to face him- "consider that an order from a superior" she said as she turned back around and walked out of the courtyard- she could hear Tommy trying to hide a chuckle.

Drista walked through the village towards the dark prison- her golden hair shone in the afternoon sun, she walked to the gate- guards at the ready, "let me in" Drista said in a authoritative voice towards the guards as she handed them the letter.

"Do you have authorization from the king?" One of the guards asked, "what more authorization do I need I'm literally the general of his army, not to mention your boss- plus one of your prisoners wants to see me" Drista stated with her arms crossed looking at the guard dead in the eyes.
