A request. You live with your family as a healer isolated from your small town that is afraid of you. Jiraiya chokes down his feelings for you because he believes he's crushing on a married man with a family.

The past month has been a ride. A wild one.
It started with failing a mission. As wonderful and talented as Jiraiya is he can't handle a whole bandit camp by himself. He got hurt. Which led to blood loss. Which led to getting lightheaded. He slipped, fell, got bashed by like every branch on his plummet to the ground and thought he was going to die on the ground right there.
Then he saw it. The hazy form of a face in his fading sight. Of a woman, beautiful. Then a man... even more beautiful. If these were the guides that were picked to lead him to the afterlife he's all for it. The woman in the front and the man in the back... hell yeah.
Alas he awoke to a less sexy reality. One in a small room that had a thin curtain that gave the illusion of a wall for privacy. It smells herbs and campfire. He's on a thin layer of fabric pillowed only by dry hay between the fabric and floor. Another thin blanket covered him. The familiar feeling of bandages were covering him from chest to waist. He can't move his right arm.
The first person he was met with officially was a young boy, about ten or twelve, that was peering into the room curiously.
"Ma! The stranger is awake!" The boy yelled.
He met the first face he saw half dead on the forest floor. A young woman. Who the little boy looks similar to. She smiled and introduced herself. Nohra. And the boy is Tsuru.
"And you saved me?"
"No." She replied with a shake of her head. "I am more of an assistant."
That's when you revealed yourself. You had returned from an errand. And you are... better looking than his blood lacking brain could've imagined. You came to his side and surprised him with medical jutsu. For a moment he feared he was in the hands of an enemy village or something. But if that's the case why treat him?
The story became more clear with your explanation. Jiraiya landed almost on top of Nohra, the young woman beside you, who was collecting medicinal herbs at the time. Almost singlehandedly you assessed his health and carried him back to the small little hamlet in the forest covered mountains you call home.
For some reason he found that very sexy. If he weren't in so much pain he would've done something explicit. But it dawned on him. A woman and child. A wife and son. You're taken. And he's jealous. You're gorgeous. Kind. Sexy. God he wants you. To hear you cry out his name in pleasure is a desperate need he wants to fulfill.
He bit the inside of his cheek. He should be asking questions not focus on his horny. Eventually he got some information. You are mostly self taught. Nohra helps you with her knowledge of herbal medicines. Tsuru was a good little helper. He gets things you or Nohra need. He's good company.
The full list of injuries was a little daunting. Jiraiya just sighed as he heard his diagnosis. Broken arm. Several punctures on his front and back. Lacerations. His ankle has a bad bone bruise... which is a thing he didn't know existed. Just a whole shabang of injuries. And you recommended that he doesn't leave your care for a few months.
Actually he didn't mind. It would be nice to indulge a little.... Even if it is just a far away fantasy. You got a family but it won't hurt to imagine what it would be like if you were his. Especially as you run your hands down his body.
It's now current day. With a strong case of cabin fever, Jiraiya is itching to do something. He can walk now without serious pain. As impressive as your medical instincts are your lack the seal knowledge meant you could only check internal damage but not heal it as quickly as a trained professional. It's the old fashioned way for the most part.
