Destiny laughed at her group chat before setting her phone down, she hated getting attention for things other than her work and she never wanted anyone—especially a man to say that she got famous off of him. Despite her already having millions of followers a man will always try and say that he made you, and Destiny wasn't having that.

Truth be told, she had checked out of the "relationship" with Melo about a month and a half ago when she got the ick seeing him complain to Play Station Support about forgetting his password. That was always conformation that she didn't actually love the guy, just enjoyed the attention for a little while.

If Destiny actually loved someone, she wouldn't randomly get the ick and decide that they weren't all that anymore, and besides she was in her mid twenties and didn't have any plans for settling down anytime soon. Especially with the type of men she encountered.

It wasn't like she had never been in love before, she dated a guy her first two years of college and honestly thought they had a future together until he started to feel more like a burden rather than her other half. She had also been in love with Trevor Jackson since Let It Shine premiered on Disney when she was 14, but the rat tail is something she can't get out of her mind nowadays.

But now that she wasn't spending time with Melo she could fully emerge herself in her work, this meant vloging everyday, posting her niche on Tik Tok and at least two videos a week on her main channel. Destiny loved her job, she loved working and didn't mind over sharing with the world.

She started Youtube when she was 13 and although it took a few years for it to start paying her bills, she loved every second of it. She had retired her dad and built his dream house by 23, and since she had worked so hard the past few years the least she could do was have a summer dedicated to herself and only herself.
