Chapter 23 : Give me some space

Zhou Shiyu shook her head and say, "Yeah.. In the internet.. I saw so many people having a tattoo like that." Zhou Shiyu said and smile widely.

Wang Ji laugh a bit and say, "You have a good friend Yi Yi, make sure to protect her." Wang Ji said and continue to smile.

Zhang Xin, Zhang Yueming and Ms. Li arrive and greet Wang Jie and his wife.

"Sorry Mr. Wang and Mrs. Wang, we're a bit late." Ms. Li said and didn't notice that Zhang Yueming and Zhang Xin are looking at each other like they're really disgusted.

"This is my daughter Zhang Xin and Yueming." Ms. Li said and grab Zhang Yueming and Zhang Xin's arms.

"Well, I know them pretty well. Come and eat." Mr. Wang said and let them enter, but Ms. Li caught Zhou Shiyu's attention.

"Zhang Xin, Yueming. Both of you go first, I'll just talk to someone." Ms. Li said and Yueming and Zhang Xin nod in agreement.

Ms. Li approach Zhou Shiyu and say, "Zhou Shiyu, right?" She asked and Zhou Shiyu was surprised to see her, "Ms. Li.. What are you doing here?" Zhou Shiyu asked and seems shy.

"Well, Mr and Mrs. Wang invited me.. But I never expected you'll be here." Ms. Li said and notice her arm, "But, how's your arm? Is it still hurt?" Ms. Li added and look so worried.

Zhou Shiyu smile and shook her head, "Don't worry Ms. Li. I'm already fine." Zhou Shiyu said and continue to smile, Ms. Li sigh in relief and say, "Let's go?" She asked and Zhou Shiyu was puzzled, but when she realize that she wanted her to come with her, Zhou Shiyu shook her head and say, "I'm fine. And besides, I'm waiting for Wang Yi."

Ms. Li nod in agreement and say, "Then, I'll go now. I just wanna check your condition." She said and wave her hand, Zhou Shiyu nod again and smile. "Okay, Ms. Li." Zhou Shiyu said.

Ms. Li go to Zhang Xin and Zhang Yueming, leaving Zhou Shiyu alone.

Zhou Shiyu saw that Wang Yi are talking to others so she felt a little bit discomfort of being alone, but Fei Qinyuan suddenly enter.

Wang Yi caught her attention and seems a bit surprised to see her, even Shen Mengyao and Yuan Yiqi.

Fei Qinyuan approach Wang Yi and kiss to her cheek, but Wang Yi just show a cold expression. "What are you doing here?" Wang Yi coldly asked.

Fei Qinyuan just smile and suddenly look at Zhou Shiyu.

Zhou Shiyu don't know how to react at her.

"I just wanted to give you this gift." Fei Qinyuan said and hand over a gift, but Wang Yi coldly look at it and say, "I don't accept gifts from you anymore." Wang Yi said and was about to leave but Fei Qinyuan say, "It's the clothes you wanted!" She said and Wang Yi look at her.

"Zhou Shiyu tell me." Fei Qinyuan said and Wang Yi look at Zhou Shiyu with a serious expression, Zhou Shiyu stand up and say, "It's just that. She asked what you like to be a gift-." Zhou Shiyu didn't get to finish when Wang Yi say, "So, that's the reason why you ask me about the clothes I liked." Wang Yi said and show a cold expression.

"Yi Yi-."

"Enough.. I don't want to hear it for now... Please give me some space." Wang Yi said and leave the place.

They caught others attention and they all became silent, Yuan Yiqi and Shen Mengyao approach Fei Qinyuan and say, "Get out." Shen Mengyao said with calm voice and a cold expression.

"Oh, come on. Sister Yaoyao don't act like we didn't have fun at the past." Fei Qinyuan show a teasing smile and Shen Mengyao knew to herself that she felt pissed, "I said get out before I used my hands to slap you." Shen Mengyao said and point at the door.

Yuan Yiqi stop her and say, "Calm down. Uncle Jie are watching us!" Yiqi whisper and Shen Mengyao slowly calm down, Fei Qinyuan roll her eyes and go out of the mansion.

Shen Mengyao change her expression and smile, she look at everyone and say, "All of you..! Continue to eat! Nothing really happened." Shen Mengyao said and chuckles awkwardly.

"Yeah, nothing really happened so enjoy your food!" Yuan Yiqi said and also laugh awkwardly.

The people continue their conversations and continue to eat.

Zhou Shiyu follow Wang Yi and grab her hand, "Yi Yi, talk to me!" Zhou Shiyu said and Wang Yi coldly look at her and say, "Why did you do that?" Wang Yi asked with a cold voice.

"I'm sorry. I just wanted to help Fei Qinyuan."

"Well, you're not helping! You knew how I hate her!"

"Yi Yi, I'm sorry!"

"Give me some space." Wang Yi said and walk away from her.

Zhou Shiyu show a frown expression and felt so sad about it, watching Wang Yi to walk away from her makes her heart to be broken.

"Yi Yi, I'm sorry." Zhou Shiyu whisper to herself and seems regretting it.

A few hours later, Zhou Shiyu are waiting for Wang Yi to come back. Wang Jie and Mrs. Wang approach her and say, "Ms. Zhou, you should talk to her." Mr. Wang said with a calm voice.

"I'm sure Wang Yi is already in a good mood now." Mrs. Wang said and Zhou Shiyu nod in agreement, "Thank you Mr. And Mrs. Wang." Zhou Shiyu said and run outside while it's raining.

"Shiyu! Bring some umbrella!!" Mrs. Wang shout but Zhou Shiyu didn't turn around just keep on running.

"I hope they get well soon." Wang Jie said and Mrs. Wang smile at him.

Zhou Shiyu call a taxi and immediately enter, she arrive at Wang Yi's house and didn't saw her there.

"Sister Pin, is Wang Yi already here?" Zhou Shiyu asked, "Not yet, ma'am." The maid said and Zhou Shiyu nod.

"Thank you." Zhou Shiyu said and get her cellphone, she dialed Wang Yi's number and wait for her to answer.

But Wang Yi's phone is silent, and Wang Yi is in her office. Look so stress and keep drinking wine.
