Conner POV

    Everyone had left for a mission it was lonely so I went to my room.When I got there I sigh and walk to my desk. But then I hear something outside and I decide to investigate. I walk outside getting more and more curious to what I might find.

    There was a bird it was a giant bird it was beautiful, it was red and orange. There was a little blue and purple on it's wings it was mostly red and orange.I walk to it slowly to not scare it but it only looks at me. It squawks a little then it morphs into a human.

    They lay on the floor and they looked so tired. "Are you okay?" They stare at the floor their eye brows furrowed."Leave me alone" I take a small step closer but and they growl.

    Then they keep saying over and over for me to leave them. So I leave them alone and they morph back into a bird. But they don't fly away, why aren't they flying away? Maybe their wing is hurt and they can't fly.

    I walk to the kitchen and grab some bread. Birds like bread but isn't it called bread crumbs. That means I should break it into pieces so that it's crumbs. After a while of breaking it into pieces I decide it was good to take to them.

    But I grab some normal bread just in case. I put it on a plate and start walking to where I found them. When I get there I put the plate near them and they look at me angrily. After putting the plate down I step away putting my hands in the air.

    They hop to the bread crumbs and eat them then I leave. Maybe I should keep doing this so we can get closer. Then I can help them properly and we can be friends. I keep doing this and soon the team gets back.

    "Hey Supes! What have you been doing while we were gone?" I look at Kidflash and at everyone else. What should I say, would they believe me? "I trained a lot" after saying that I left the room. Someone comes to my door and knock on the door.

    "Can I come in?" "Sure" Megan walks in and smiles at me. "Is something wrong Conner?" She sits on my bed next to me and I shake my head looking at her.

    Megan nods her head then leaves the room. Then Robin walks into the room and he looks at Megan as she walks out. "So are you together or are you still having the problem?" "No I'm not, not anymore why are you here Robin?"

    All he does is sigh looking at me and then he sits next to me. "Conner I know something is wrong, just tell me." I sigh and look at him as he puts a hand on mine. "You can't tell anyone, we can go somewhere together later."

    He nods his head smiling at me and I write a time on a post it note I found. Robin and I stand up, then he hugs me out of nowhere. I hug him back and then he walks away smiling at me. Then we go on with our usual day waiting for something to happen.

    When everyone was asleep I hear soft knocking on my door. I open it and Robin nods looking at me. We walk outside silently and then I lead him to the bird. "So what is it exactly you wanted to show me?"

    "While you guys were gone I found someone. We have been getting closer but we have to be very careful to not scare him." Robin sighs looking up at me then we kept walking. Soon we stop and I turn off the small flashlight to not scare him.

    The bird turns to us it's eyes glowing a little. It squawks and then it morphs into a human again. "Who are you?" Robin looks at them, his mouth hanging open.

    "Conner do you know who this is?" I look at him confused and he closes his mouth. "Someone did experiments on children when they were younger. Most of them didn't survive except one.
