Jennie POV.
INCOMING ROSIE: Jen! Wanna come to the cafeteria for lunch?=) me, Wendy and Jisoo are sitting in the corner! X
I smiled at the text and quickly looked up to see if the teacher noticed that I was on my phone before sending a reply to Rosé.
TO ROSIE: I'll be right there ;-) X
I tucked the phone back in my pocket and tried to concentrate on the rest of the class. It was almost impossible to do though with Rosé blurring every thought in my head. My mind kept wandering off to last night and how perfect it felt. I was so happy with how everything went that it still just feels like I have dreamed everything and it didn't really happen. This morning when I woke up, I looked right into those captivating eyes who were staring at me with so much tenderness. I even sneaked in a good morning kiss before we had to get ready for school.
''Jennie can you repeat what I just said please.'' The teacher's voice shook me out of my thoughts and I quickly sat up in my chair. A sharp pain went through my lower back and I groaned a little at the irritating feeling. I guess sleeping in one sleeping bag isn't as comfortable for my body as I thought it would be.
''Uhm sorry I wasn't really paying attention.'' I muttered and saw some other students giggling. Normally I would've given them an attitude, but nothing can shake me out of my good mood today.
''That's what I thought, try to be a little more active in class Jennie. The test next week isn't easy.''
Before I could reply the bell rang and I quickly packed my books up in my bag and stood up to leave.
''Okay guys, don't forget to study page 120 till 153 for tomorrow!'' The teacher yelled.
I should probably write that down somewhere, but I don't want to waste any more time being away from lunch and most importantly Rosé.
I made it through the busy hallways, occasionally pushing some people out of my way and opened up the doors of the cafeteria. I scanned the crowded room for the familiar faces and spotted Rosé in the right corner waving at me. Just seeing her makes me tingle all over my body and it has gotten even worse now I know that Rosé feels the same way.
The line for the food was insanely long and I didn't bother to wait for my turn so I just walked towards the table where Rosé, Wendy and Jisoo were sitting.
''Hi Jen.'' Rosé smiled and patted on the spot next to her.
''Hey.'' I smiled just as wide and plopped down next to her. I gave her a kiss on her cheek and a small blush appeared on her face. It's still weird for me to know how I should act around her now, because we're not officially girlfriends. I don't really know exactly where we're standing at this point.
''How was class?'' Wendy asked while putting some salad on her fork.
''Awful, I'm pretty sure that teacher hates me.'' I sighed.
