When You Meet April (Through the Turtles)

Donnie

Y/n walked through the sewers heading to her boyfriend's lab. It hadn't been long since she met his brothers, but still had yet to meet his father. She made her way in and said hello to the brothers. She made small talk about each others days and excused herself after. She was walking towards the lab when she heard a familiar groan echoing out into the lair.

"I keep telling you D, I don't know. Just cause you repeat the question doesn't make it make more sense!" She walked to the lab and listened for a moment. Yes it was rude to eavesdrop, but who was in the lab with her boyfriend?

"It's easy, I solved it before I even finished the question."

"Ok brainiac, care to elaborate on that answer?"

"No. You can do it, just stop making that face." Y/n decided enough eavesdropping and stood up straight. She took a moment before finally opening the door to Donnie's lab.

"Hey Don- April?!"

"Y/n?! Wha- What are you doing in the lair??"

"Uhhhh I'm dating a turtle, what're you doing in the lair?"

"I grew up with the turtles- I'm sorry you're dating one?? Which?? Is it Leo?" Y/n snorted and turned away to stop from laughing. It wasn't that funny, but Y/n thought it was hilarious that April assumed it was the other twin. "Not Leo then, Mikey? He seems like he could be your type."

"Isn't he like 12?"

"Uh, he's gonna be 14 soon. Not him, ok so then," April gasped and smiled. "You're dating Raph?! That's so good! He needs someone to keep his mind off his brothers. He worries too much." Donnie and Y/n looked at eachother.

"Not Raph either." April stared at Y/n and then at Donnie.

"No. You're not-"

"Yup, dating good ol' brainiac over there."

"But- Why??"

"Rude, you're lucky I don't sick Shelldon on you April."

"The question still stands, why??" Y/n laughed and walked to the desk and started telling her about how they met, started dating, and their lil shenanigans.

Leo

Y/n sighed and looked out the window. Leon said he would be dropping by, but didn't really say when. It was starting to get late so Y/n left the window open and started to go to bed. Y/n and April were going to be switching rooms since she was going to be staying longer than expected. She called Leo from under her blanket, this was a no locked doors house after all.

"Hey Leon, are you still dropping by?"

"Ah shoot, yeah one second. I'm almost there. Sorry, I didn't notice the time," he seemed a bit freaked out when she mentioned the time.

"Oh, it's alright! I'm in bed but the window is open so you can pop in." There was a crash from the other room and hushed chatter. "Hey Leon, I'm gonna call you back in a minute."

"Oh, uh yeah sure! I'll be at your window in a second though so-"

"Alright, see you in a minute." She ended the call and got out of bed walking to the next room. She knocked on April's door and it got really quiet and a soft 'Shut up and get out!!' Y/n cocked a brow and opened the door to see April trying to shove Leon out of her window and him reaching for a book. All three of them froze and it felt as if the air grew thicker by the second.

"Uh... hey..."

"This is not what it looks like, this is my friend Leo. He likes to wear weird costumes and was just leaving." Y/n looked at Leon and just blinked.

"I- Ok two questions. Why do you think that would work on me, AGAIN and what are you doing in April's room Leon," She let out the breath she was holding in and now April was confused.
